5:20 sadly I can confirm from experience, that's not how a clarinet sounds if you drop it....
I'm sorry for that...
How's the clarinet now?
oooooooooofffff I hope it's not yours or stupidly expensive
@@hanamiya8008 A bit of the wood broke of but it was easily repaired and some bent keys but they could be bent back. Luckily it only was my cheap clarinet and not my expensive one...
@@danielconnor8516 Was mine but wasn't that expensive and surprisingly it didn't get damaged too badly. Especially considering it fell in pieces from like 1.5 m on concrete.
@@koschei7687 i'm glad that it could be repaired and the expensive one is okay:")
the scene from tom&jerry where the animation is on par with the music reminds me a scene in a live action movie of the "Olsenbande" where they break walls in the tact of the music to break into a theater and steal something, awesome scene.
EDIT: Found it: ua-cam.com/video/UuAevxbgjc8/v-deo.html
EDIT 2: Sadly many parts are missing in the video, the full version is here, allthough it is surrounded by parts of the movie in german: vimeo.com/98685760 (the part i meant starts at ~ 06:25 )
10:04 some poeple even go
"yeah I know that one. I really like Mozart"
yeah, i know *beef oven*
I'm a Clarinet player, I really took the time to look at Binky with his Clarinet.
I was about to cry when I saw how he played and handled his instrument.
Brett looks like he genuinely enjoy today's episode. So precious 😩💗
That`s Eddy, they`re just sitting the other way around
Levente Fazekas Haha!
2:10 Jerry holding Gergiev's toothpick.
This video was made 3 years ago today. Happy birthday
1:13…
Brett : Why would he do that! Kids are watching this
Also Brett : We are watching this
10:12 We kids are watching TwoSet these days
Wow Saturday morning cartoons with Twoset 😄 it's like we had a sleepover
(Edit: in the US at least)
never thought of it that way 🤔 so nice 💕
Brazil too... Damn nostalgia
Flat Strad Society 🤣🎻
Olaf!!
It looked like a viola d'amore, honestly
Is it similar to the itty bitty fiddle committee?

0:37 that awkward moment when you think about how they had to get a person to eat making that sound affect 😂
Allow me to demistify - every time you hear Bugs eating carrots, it's Mel Blanc (Bug's seiyu) eating them... and after the take is done, spitting the remains into a bucket, because Mel was allergic to carrots. That's dedication, folks.! The spirit of LingLing dwelt in the Man of a Thousand Voices!
5:54 My middle school orchestra teacher had a Strad that he brought in and used regularly. He was old and retired and just liked teaching. He would play random stuff for kids in the cafeteria sometimes.
Two set: let’s upgrade our setup
Everyone liked that
Two set: let’s downgrade our setup
Everyone: *confused screaming*
atleast they upgraded their camera it seems
Just to clarify though, I think the setup with the black reclining chairs was their setup when they were in Singapore. But now that they are in Australia, they're back to the old set up with the squares on the wall. It's not that it's a downgrade, just different. ^^;
Nachii Yep, that’s right. They spend three months in Singapore and are now back in Australia.
@@xandraxandra1437 How do you know they were in Singapore? I heard everyone talking about it but have no idea why.
Minh Nguyen Nhu Ngoc Info from their social media. Small bits of puzzles, other fan’s info, knowledge from earlier videos... Put it all together and you got the answer. (Twoset was more open about their personal life in the beginning. I don’t know them in person.)
I don’t know why they went to Singapore. People have ideas, but no one knows for sure.
Tbh yall my history is full of watching their past videos.
P.S I'm a new fan 😊
Victuuri Forever welcome to the twoset community 😹

This is another way of saying "2-D > 3-D"
Just TwoSet's version of it.
Anime > Buggs Bunny
4:10 is you.
of course the bowing was synchronised, they drew it once and photocopied it
omg PLEASE do this for og barbie movies. like 12 dancing princess, rapunzel, swan lake, etc bc i can't tell u how many times i've played pieces in symphony and gotten flashbacks to my childhood
as a clarinet player i approve 4:11😭😭 the face was so trueee
Wow thanks Brett, now all I can focus on is whether or not the characters have pants on
I am making my debut with the Mozart Clarinet Concerto in May. Hopefully I'll do better than Binky. RIP
EDIT: Thank you so much for the support everybody! I've never gotten this many likes before lol
Edit 2: Guys the concert was cancelled. I'm just now getting back to this comment but the concert was cancelled due to the virus😢
On a violin hopefully?
@@israellai no I am a clarinetist. Why would I play a clarinet piece on a violin? I feel like this is a joke and I missed it, sorry😔.
Good luck!
I'm sure you'll do better than him - he didn't even play the instrument on the day. :)
Good luck!
Alternate title: Saturday cartoon music review with twoset
Thanks for making my quarantine less intense haha a bit of laughter is what I needed and you guys were just the right dose. My tummy hurts bad though its too much xD
5:31 Ya "FLAT BRIDGE COMMUNITY" ooohhhhhh
...why is the camera slightly tilted? This is going to bother me for the whole video
Why did you have to point this out? Now I can't unsee it.
Heh, I'm also watching this with my head tilted (laying on a couch), so the angles cancel each other I guess...

7:43 Music makes vibrations so maybe Beethoven also utilize that by feeling how the piano vibrates or how the walls vibrates when the instruments are played
9:26 it refers to the building, the new Springfield opera house is a design by Frank Gehry (Marge was the driving force behind the project)
the first thing brett notices: tom and jerry don't have pants
they don't in any cartoon
“I guess another way to ask this question is who is the first violin and who is the second.”
“The first violin and second violin sometimes switch.”
hummmmm...
Zixi Wang remember when they said second violin was bottom and first violin was top lol
Zixi Wang Fanfic here we go... :)
I remembered that too xD
@@LoveYourself-un5ct ......and from the past quartets they've done w friends, someone has been playing 1st violin 👀👀👀👀 also in their skits.
In a school orchestra they sometimes switch positions.
twoset is uploading so frequently that it’s scaring me....
yamete.kudastop bro I’m enjoying the daily content 😎
They are not practicing
TwoSet agrees with the notion that 2-D is superior to 3-D
The Justin Y of anime
@Riceballs yeah even on elliot's comment section lol he's everywhere
In the animal show ahem that clarinet fingering is very sacrelegious as I'm a Clarinetist and I also play the Bass Clarinet and that fingering that binky was doing is all fake.
9:52 the part were it sounds like it jumping and intertwining is my favorite
Petition to get two set to play Dance of the Goblins (attempt 1)
10:21 oh my god, dads you’re embarrassing me! 😳🙄
*Me:* can't even remember what piece I play at the moment
*Eddy:* isn't that the same piece like in Tom and Jerry? xD
When Lisa was playing her sax you could see a trombonist playing and omg is he holding it wrong 😂

A device you guys talk about a lot in these vids is called Mickey mousing. It’s when the music is made first and a general idea of the animation is had. After the rough sketch is done, they clean it. It’s used to emphasize specific moments or scenes modernly, or its a whole cartoons premise. It’s petty cool actually
i love classical music in cartoons.. it’s great
also this feels like when i was younger and would get up early in the morning to watch cartoons
nostalgia
When you said “sports” it was like you both remembered a rarely used piece of technical jargon simultaneously lol
The Tom and Jerry cartoon brings me back memories to last year’s performance of Die Fledermaus, which was my very first opera performance (trumpet player in the pit orchestra).
