Was yelling when I saw the Peace Pipe around 3:23, but I imagine the immediate remove makes the next combats immediately after the shop slightly more consistent? Sweet run either way, absolutely blessed relics
peace pipe isn't bad if you get it from an elite or chest but at the shop you really want that instant value yeah. it's also notable that the shop removal is instant while the peace pipe takes a couple seconds to use (while resting is instant), so it would be a few seconds of timeloss at least

thanks! battle trance is basically an auto-click card for me. even if my deck isn't small enough to double flex/bloodletting free draw makes getting turn 1 whirlwind much more consistent!

Basically, 0 cost strength/energy cards that can be replayed twice a turn because of such a small deck. Then Double Tap to use Whirlwind twice for stupid amounts of damage
yes, this save actually has none of the relic unlocks for ironclad, silent, or defect, but does have the 4th tier unlocks for watcher to get akabeko unlocked iirc. it also has things set up so that the 3 bosses are always slime boss, collector, and donu deca. any time I make it to a boss I have to reset the save

@@mrace3395From my memory, the bosses in your first run are always predetermined, so if you reset your save data you guarantee getting the same bosses every run I could be wrong though, I haven’t brushed up in StS speed runs in a while

Do you have to have a particular save with certain unlocks to have a smaller card pool?
just starting a fresh save will have you with this base card pool, beating the game 2-3 times unlocks the rest for each character.
