Freddie Mercury: Lead singer, piano player, sometimes guitar and songwriter.
Brian May: Lead Guitarist, keyboards, and singer songwriter.
Roger Taylor: Drums and killer high vocals and songwriter.
John Deacon: Bass guitar, sometimes keyboards and songwriter.
All four band members have had a number one hit, no other band has done this.
Yeah you don't need a video. Its 4 people
I keep running into you
@@josephstalin1789 Hahaha....I'm always here for Queen.
@@joannedarley1893 same here
Joanne Darley yup
Freddie Mercury Piano, Lead Singer: Brian May Guitar, back up singer: Roger Taylor Drums, back up singer: John Deacon Bass. This song has recently been rated the happiest song ever written.
These people made 15 studio albums so there's plenty you haven't heard, sit back and enjoy! Crossed all genres, broke all barriers. Pure love. Most of the time it's good to look for a live version, but not available for all... And since you know the word (not every reactor does): "Innuendo" CHALLENGE Thanks!
yes! Innuendo!!! try that and thank Deborah later
Innuendo is the greatest masterpiece!
Deborah Henderson,I couldn’t agree more!!🤗🤗🤗 through the sorrow all through our splendour......🥰🥰🥰thank you so much!!!
Dragon Attack Live in Montreal, and White Queen Live in the Hammersmith.
White Queen is on top of my favorite live Queen performances.
Meet Freddie Mercury: lead singer, piano player, songwriter, Dr. Brian, May:guitarist back up vocals sometime piano player, John Deacon: bass player, keyboards, songwriter, Roger Taylor: drummer, back up, singer ( amazing high falsetto voice), songwriter…Queen the best rock band of the 20th century. All 4 members were college graduates and all wrote hit songs which makes their music the most diverse of any other rock band. RIP Freddie Mercury - lover of life and singer of songs. A rock God.
There is one I bet you haven't heard of and nobody else has reacted to it either, it's called "Tie your mother down" by Queen 👍 One more thing, has anyone told you just how talented these guys are off the stage? Freddie majored in graphic design, Brian May has a PhD and is a astrophysicist. The drummer Roger Taylor went to school to be a Dentist and John Deacon bass player went to college to become an engineer! Talented on and off the stage! Not to mention all are awesome people to boot!
I Want To Break Free was banned in the US when it came out so you may not have heard it or Radio Gaga at Live Aid if you want to see how he can control a crowd live.
Yes live aid
I grew up in the 60s and 70s. Best music ever. I wont listen to any other. Queen is my favorite of all time.
Awesome! In answer to your question of the innuendo, yes thats exactly what you thought he meant. According to legend, around the mid 70's and 80's, Freddie led a very crazy sex party lifestyle. I highly recommend underrated but lit gems "let me entertain you" live in Japan, "keep yourself alive" and "tie your mother down" both live in Houston 1977. I also repeat my recommendations for "Bicycle race" (brace yourself for the music video) and flick of the wrist live at the rainbow. Also, if you like scifi and a little folksy vibe, check out '39 studio version. Its a ballad written and sung by Brian May, who has a phd in astrophysics (he was working on it when the band took off, so he had to put his degree on hold, but went back and finished his degree in 2006). The song is about astronauts who go off in search of other planets to colonize. Brian blended Einsteins's clock paradox into the song. The theory is when you travel at the speed of light, it would seem only a year has gone by, but on earth, it was probably one or two hundred years have gone by. Basically its a 1970's precursor to the movie Interstellar in less than five minutes but much more accurate. When Brian wrote the song, he thought the space travel colonization concept sounded cool, but given the sorry state our planet is in now, not so much. Also, in the 2014/1015 Queen concert tour with Adam Lambert, Brian would sing '39 and do a little intro storytelling about the scientific aspects, the song's inspiration, and introduce the "members of the space crew (band)" and they take the audience "on a trip" with the song.
Love it....one of the world's greatest bands. Outstanding performance. ...holla love it the diversity of this channel. .thank you love an god bless x
"Dragon Attack" live Montreal '81 and "Somebody to Love" also live Montreal.
White Queen live at Hammersmith.
White Queen
I love "Princes of the Universe" from the Highlander movie, but mostly the first minute and thirty. I sing "I am immortal, I have inside me blood of kings" all the time. Powerful song. I'm really enjoying watching you discover my favorite band of all time. "Don't Stop Me Now" is considered one of the best for getting people into a good mood, like they've done studies on it!
Who wants to live forever. One of their best.
definitely Killer Queen! First huge hit in the US
This is the one I thought of bu I'm a year to late for the challenge lol x
Somebody to love live at montreal 1981 best live performance, please check it out.
Radio Gaga is always a good one 🙏🏼
Yes radio GaGa and the show must go on
A hidden gem...Bijou off the Innunendo album. It's very different
In 2017,in Hyde Park,London, was the Green Day concert. Lots of different bands. During the band change, the organisers played Bohemian Rhapsody to keep the music flowing. In their wildest dreams they couldn’t have expected the reaction from a crowd of 60,000. They took the song on and with pure love and affection for Freddie and the band, brought a tear to my eye with their rendition, right to the end, word for word. If you don’t react to it,at least watch it,you won’t regret it. Crowd sing Bohemian Rhapsody at Hyde Park, enjoy!
Challenge: first of all, all of Queen's songs are lit, but try some of these: You Take My Breath Away, Save Me, March of the Black Queen, Dreamers Ball....
Ugh, You take my breath away - such beauty!!
"Somebody To Love", live in Montreal,1981
This song was voted most uplifting song ever made
White Queen live at Hammersmith Odeon 1975, Death On Two Legs (lyric video is best imo), Millionaire Waltz, My Melancholy Blues, Seaside Rendezvous, The Miracle. Just a few you've probably never heard before.
Killer Queen, March of the Black Queen, White Queen, Dragon Attack, Save Me... thanks for the awesome reactions!!
You will have probably heard the songs, but amazing performance Queen live at Band Aid, Wembley.
Short and very very sweet song called Bijou. It highlights the amazing Brian May on guitar. He makes his guitar drip with emotion!
Death on Two Legs. Stone Cold Crazy. Mustapha.
Haha Mustapha, yes!
And I suggest that for “Death On Two Legs”, he react to the lyrics video rather than a live one...just so he can hear (and see) just how biting it is.
@@imweakfordeaky Good Point. I sometimes forget to specify.
Since you're a Michael Jackson fan, did you know he & Freddie were friends? He went to some of their concerts in LA, went backstage , hung around. He's the one that told them Another One Bites the Dust would be a big hit . He was so insistent that they listened. He & Freddie were working on music at Michael's house. Freddie said he didn't get a chance to get back & complete his vocals, so Michael asked if it would be ok if Mick did it instead. (Mick Jagger as second choice! ) I saw Freddie tell that story in an interview on You Tube. He also thought very highly of Michael.
A challenge: My Melancholy Blues.
This Song was, among others, in Shawn of the Dead. The Scene in the Pub.
Yoooooo what a movie 🍿💯🔥
Lots of Queen songs and documentaries on you tube. Freddie Mercury - lead vocals, John Deacon - bass guitar, Brian May - electric guitar and Roger Taylor - drums.
Note: I AM VERY SORRY that this is lengthy. But I feel compelled to add facts along with my request for help. Please be patient and read this in its entirety and please help me.
With Thanksgiving coming up this week, the following day what do we hear? CHRISTMAS MUSIC!
It was well known that Freddie loved Christmas. It was his favorite Holiday. He hoped he would get one more Christmas in 1991. Unfortunately, he died exactly one month to the day of Christmas Eve on November 24th.
They only recorded 1 Christmas song, “Thank God It’s Christmas”, when Freddie was alive. The song wasn’t released on any studio album. The song appears on the “B” side of the single “A Winter’s Tale” in 1995 from the “Made In Heaven” album, but not on the album itself.
Then in 1999 on Queen’s “Greatest Hits 3” album, “Thank God It’s Christmas” is included and was once again released in 2011 on the Deluxe Edition Album “The Works”.
Lastly, in 1995 on a Christmas Album by Various Artists called “The Edge of Christmas”, “Thank God It’s Christmas” once again appears.
I personally have NEVER EVER heard “Thank God It’s Christmas” with the usual Christmas Music from the day after Thanksgiving through the New Year and I do not understand why!
How many times can you hear “Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer” or the “Donkey” song and NOT hear Queen’s “Thank God It’s Christmas”?
It pisses me off because it’s a beautiful CHRISTMAS song and deserves to be a “Staple” during Freddie’s favorite Holiday Season!
In the 1980 movie “The Blues Brothers” Elwood Blues a/k/a Dan Akroyd, says that he is “On a Mission From God”.
Well, now I’m “On a Mission From God” to make Queen’s “Thank God It’s Christmas” become a Hit and be played during the 2019 Holiday Season and every Holiday Season forward. “Thank God It’s Christmas” is so underrated because you NEVER hear it!
I myself haven’t a clue as to how to go about getting “Thank God It’s Christmas” played. What better way to achieve this but to send this comment to the many Queen Reactors I Like, Subscribe, Comment and Watch.
So I’m relying on everyone who reads this. Please help me get “Thank God It’s Christmas” another hit and Christmas Song addition, also giving Freddie and of course Queen, another hit, after Freddie’s death!
As quoted in Queen’s Song “Father to Son”, “Joyful the sound, the word goes around..” and WE WILL SUCCEED!
Sincerely Original Fat Bottom Girl from Old HB NYC, I’m not Freakin kidding!!!!!!
one year of love, let me live, let me back into your heart to start with
The names are Freddie Mercury-lead vocalist....Brian May-Guitariat(the one with the curly hair)...John Deacon-Bass and Roger Taylor Drums
Freddie lead singer, Rodger Taylor plays the drums, Brian May plays the guitar and John Devon plays the bass!!!
March of the Black Queen at the Hammersmith Odeon . It’s my absolute favorite Queen song.
I have a few suggestions for songs you may not have heard (and some of their more obscure songs are spectacular!):
White Queen (Live at the Odeon 1975)
March of the Black Queen
Millionaire Waltz
Their early to mid 1970s music was very experimental and like nothing anyone else was doing, but it often gets overshadowed by their big stadium hits.
I'm glad you're enjoying Queen, they were my favourite band growing up!
EDIT- I just discovered you've already covered White Queen lol!
here´s two suggestions for you: 1) SOMEBODY TO LOVE (life montreal 1981) 2) QUEEN LIVE AT LIVE AID 1985 (full) ... the live aid concert participation by queen (about 20 minutes) is considered the greatest stage performance in history of rockmusic.
They all had collage degrees Freddie Graphic Design, Roger Taylor 🥁Biology, John Deacon bass Electronics Engineer, Dr Brian May lead guitar PHD in Astrophysics works with NASA. They all wrote hit songs. There is no other band like them. 🔥Princes of the Universe, Flash, The Miracle, Headlong all videos. #challenge 👑
Teresa Anderson, love Princes of the Universe!! Of course, it’s because it reminds me of Duncan MacLeod (not so much Connor MacLeod), “The Highlander!!” 💁🏻♀️😍
College
39 live at hammersmith, cool cat
Freddie Mercury a/k/a (Farokh Bulsara): Lead Vocals & Piano (Fashion & Design)
John Deacon: Bass (Electrical Engineer)
Roger Taylor: Drums, Vocals (Dentist)
Brian May: Guitarist, Vocals (Astrophysicist)
All of the above Queen members were not slouches. Plan “A” was to become a famous band.
Plan “B” was the degrees, in brackets, each member got from schooling.
They went to school during the day and at night they played gigs and recorded at ungodly hours.
Sincerely Original Fat Bottom Girl from Old HB NYC, I’m not Freakin kidding!!!!!!
This one just makes you smile.
Songs you haven’t heard?
Old school: stone cold crazy live at the rainbow ‘74
Liar live at the Rainbow ‘74
Death on Two Legs - studio
‘80s One Vision (ode to MLK) Live at Wembley 86
Tie Your Mother Down (same show)
Under Pressure (same show)
Lit song by Queen that most people missed. Is "39" from the album "A night at the opera"
A lot of people who think they know Queen only know Bohemian Rhapsody (the original studio version/video is essential if you haven't already checked it out) and their big 1980s stadium anthems. For a whole other perspective on this multi-talented band, you might like to check out some of their earlier masterpieces.
Try: 'White Queen' live at Hammersmith (most people's favourite), or the Rainbow (my personal favourite),
'You Take My Breath Away' live at Hyde Park (Freddie solo, on piano/vocals),
'Killer Queen' from 'Top of the Pops', and many others.
Brilliant band and Freddie well what can i say.
This song was in Shaun of the Dead, towards the end in the bar
A movie is made and Queen is born again,Freddie will live on forever.
I can't believe you don't get more 'likes'. I guess the 'Queen reaction' hasn't actually found you yet. Your joy is so real! Thank you!
Radio Gaga especially the live performance from live aid. Absolutely incredible
Dragon Attack live Montreal 1981 whole concert is amazing!!
They called Freddie “Mr. Fairinheit because of his vocals range!
@HollaAtKrazy it was an awesome time being in High Schiool in the 70's
Bohemian rhapsody movie at the end...and recently on shazam, also Shaun of the dead
Maranda Bray and the second episode of Umbrella Academy
Try cool cat buy queen you probably never herd that one
freddie mercury and montserrat caballe......vocal genius
Somebody to love 1981 Montreal
This played in Sean of the dead
Best part of the movie....that and the end with "You're my Best Friend "
So awesome.....dart in the head was hilarious...., zombies and Queen... 2 of my favorite things.
Just a few I've only heard of in the last few years
Too Much Love Will Kill You, Save Me, Breakthru, Hammer to Fall and Love of My Life.
The lead guitarist has a PhD in Astrophysics. He collaborated with NASA and he's a great guitarist.
"Death On Two Legs"........it will blow your mind........
Oh, don't challenge me like that LOL I will never stop throwing songs at you !!!!!😍👑
Here it is Nov.2020 and still watching Queen
Always nice to see somebody appreciating Queen.
Challenge: Barcelona by Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballé.
They have 15 studio albums, so there are a lot of great songs I’m sure you haven’t heard! “Stone Cold Crazy” Live at the Rainbow is short but amazing (definitely do it live), and you probably haven’t heard “Save Me” before either (Montreal 1981). Completely different songs though! There are so many more 👍
michael jackson in the background: look at this one
2pac in the background: yo dude, chill
Lmao.....I just got this
I'm late ... but recently discovered Freddie & Montserrat Cabe!la ... Barcelona. It's amaing!!! He did a few things solo ... If you haven't - totally worth it. Cheers!
You Take My Breath Away. Melancholy Blues. Freddie Mercury: Love Me Like There’s No Tomorrow, Mr. Bad Guy.
Up your game!! March of the Black Queen
Big shout out all way from Scotland. ..👍.. react to killer queen... by Queen
Killer Queen is a good one!
Shaun of the Dead in the Winchester pub killing zombies
I love it! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
Godspeed to you and happy new year! 🎊 from Chicago
It was featured in Sean Of The Dead. The fight scene in the pub.
First two albums are the heaviest rocking for the band IMO with killer tunes cranked up to eleven...any tune from either or ... :)
This is my favorite Queen song!
Cool cat , man on the prowl , I want it all , scandal , breakthru , who wants to live forever , It's a kind of magic etc etc etc etc . Other hand members. John Deacon (bass) , Roger Taylor (drums) and Brian May ( lead guitar).
Brian May :
Astrophysicist beside being a rock super star.
Batman by night - Bruce Wayne by day🤘🏼
Lady gaga actually named herself after radio gaga. She is a serious Queen fan 😉
Ive got one for you the original song LIAR the one uncut sung on top of the pops show ...amazing find it ... my fav song...
Challenge? Queen you haven’t heard? Okay: “Don’t Try Suicide” or “Death on Two Legs” or “Love Me Like There’s No Tomorrow.”
Greatest driving song Ever!
Since you know "the warriors" if your hip to the 80s movie flash gordon, queen did the theme song to that, youd probably heard Another One Bites The Dust and maybe not realized it was queen, and for one you probably never heard, but metallica covered it, Stone Cold Crazy.
Challenge "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" This was Freddie's tribute to Elvis. or go way back in the catalog to very early hard rock like "Liar" or "Tie Your Mother Down". Have fun.
This song was also in "Hardcore Henry"
try Stone Cold Crazy and Whiteman those of some of their early songs..and there is flick of the Wrrisst and Death on Two Legs
My favorite Queen song.
Love Of my life by Queen x
Saw the Warriors before the game. Heard that RockStar was inspired by it to make gangs in GTA, and the rental place in town had a copy.
Now that I've seen this an all current Queen videos I have a few things to toss at you. First of all, check out A Kind of Magic, and Princes of the Universe. Clips of it were in Show Must Go On, and both were in the movie Highlander. Now for stuff you most likely never heard. First is actually a Freddie and not a Queen song (even though clips were also in Show Must Go On), but Love Kills is a great song. And to be honest I think the entire sound track for Giorgio Moroder's Metropolis is unjustly looked down upon, and that version of the movie it's self kept up interest in the movie long enough to find most of the lost footage. And another personal favorite I would like to mention that doesn't get a lot of notice is Queen's Slightly Mad. All of them are easy to find. Just have a look.
‘Mr. Fahrenheit.’ Freddie MERCURY.
a song that i really like that i never see people reacting to is "back chat". i'm sure you haven't heard that one before.
Spread your wings. That's a challenge for you
Who Wants To Live Together, '39, Seven Seas of Rhye, In the Lap of the Gods, Keep Yourself Alive, Is This The World We Created, Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon, One Vision, Play the Game, Too Much Love Will Kill You, A Winter's Tale. That should keep you busy for awhile. :-) All great songs.
CHALLENGE.
React to Queen’s “White Queen”, Live at the Hammersmith Odeon, 1975. #challenge
"Sleeping on the sidewalk" ... do it! [sung by guitarist brian may]
"don't stop me now" was on a british zombie movie-comedy ... "shaun of the dead" (very funny movie, worth wachting it!!!!)
Sleeping on the sidewalk, yes yes yes
Play the game
You’re my best friend
Killer Queen
These are probably songs you’ve never heard before
Wow 🥰❤️ Freddie Mercury ❤️
This song was in Shazam during the scene when they try to test his superpowers
When I had my triple bypass last year, My recovery anthem was "Keep yourself alive" by queen. It helped me through the pain and recovery. give it a listen and let us all know what you think!
Yes, that's exactly he means! He's Freddie Mercury for f*ck's sake! But if you think that was just an Innuendo, then wait to hear him saying it clearly, so I have something for you! That's a real challenge! There's a song that I can asure you, you've never heard before...It's called "Get Down Make Love"...It's another of Queen's underrated songs and you probably understand why... I suggest you to listen the studio version and not live...
You have no idea, but you will in time, lol, love watching
I GUARANTEE you’ve never heard Queen’s Stone Cold Crazy.
Search Live at the Rainbow 1974.
You want BARS?!
Then from the same concert look for SEVEN SEAS OF RHYE.
💥 you’re welcome 💥
In case nobody's said it before... it's in the movie Shaun of the Dead. If you've never seen it, it's awesome!
Try two versions of the same song. Who wants to live forever first performed live at Wembly in ‘86. Then watch Queen and Adam Lambert do it at the Isle of Wight just after the slaughter in the club in Orlando. Both will bring a tear.
Somebody to Love, live, Montreal 1981 (not really a challenge- you must have heard it), but one of their greatest performances. Some others - Dreamers Ball, Bring Back that Leroy Brown. Never heard a Queen song I didn’t like!
