These are not Habituation exercises. Habituation exercises are designed to desensitize the patient to motion sensitivity. This video is working on balance exercises/limits of stability/sensory organization. Working on balance is completely different from habituating to motion sensitivity such as rolling to the side (as an example.) This video needs a new title.
All great excercises, more adaption thou, but for me ,eyes closed in my head its moving left and right,eyes open and I can balance on one foot fine...eyes closed its like trying to hit a moving target,never gets better.

How many times a day/week should I try this? could i also use a Bousc if I don't have a square mat?
Is this for central or peripheral or both?
