    I can't say it enough..... Keith, you have changed my life with your videos. I watched them obsessively for a year and quit my job and started my own Tree and Landscape business.. I quadrupled my income and I am paying taxes etc. Take the leap of faith if you feel you have what it takes. There's a limitless amount of knowledge to learn running your own business... Keith's wisdom and trials by fire outcome is what this is all about. I owe you a great deal of gratitude. Thanks Keith kalfas, you changed my life. I can be the man and provide a great life for my wife and daughter. I hope we can meet one day so that I can shake your hand and thank you for giving me the courage and path to achieve success. You are my Tony Robbins. You are my Gary V... you are my brother, thank you from the bottom of my heart. -Odis

    Good video. Do you ever have difficulty with the Quickbooks sync not working properly? A lot of those CRMs get tripped up every so often.

    Thanks fo your video :) I didn't even realise how a CRM is important before I started to use it 2 years ago. I tried some of them (jobber too), but as for, the most user-friendly and affordable is Flowlu. I like that it has lot of module, even for the task and project management, knowledge management, accounting, etc. It's much convinient to have all the CRM and PM tools in one place than switching between apps and tabs.

    I find The Customer Factor to be the cleanest and most learnable. Some of these software programs literally hurt my eyes! I am sure with time they get easier but it is so hard learning a new software and I find The Customer Factor to be very cost affective, some of the most features and SIMPLE to learn.

    I JUST started with Yardbook because Brian’s lawn maintenance recommended it. It’s an awesome software that has integration with Mailchimp also has a mass text/basic email delivery system. Mobile app is is still in beta though. I have used google for a very long time for organization of contacts, schedule, invoicing, estimates, and basically everything else. CRMs are a NECESSITY! I take it Jobber have quickbooks integration for finances??? Based on this video I will be giving jobber a try and potentially switching over!

    • @keith-kalfas
      @keith-kalfas  4 роки тому +1

      Yes, Yardbooks is pretty good for lawn care Brian said.
      Yes Jobber integrates with QB.

    And, in Jobber...The Paid date doesn't match the Balance of Zero on the invoice. For some reason they think Paid should be the Date you enter the data, which makes the Invoice Report wrong...Example: Issue means Invoice, so you change the Invoice date to 1/1/2020 and the Paid says whatever date you entered the data...lol...which has nothing to do with what date the Invoice was Paid in Full, which makes it look like All your Revenue came in on the Date you entered the Payment on Not the Actual Payment that takes the Balance to Zero. Trash. Maybe I will cancel and change my CRM. Very disappointing.

      @@keith-kalfas Don't look like a stiff either. The hands aren't bad and they show your personality. Well timed hand movements make your words much more effective and keep watchers engaged. It makes their brain follow your movements. It's possible to do too much but I don't see that with you.
