Our lawn spraying business started using it this past year and everything you are talking about we are experiencing, so frustrating. My question is did you go back to yardbook?

I did not for this season. Seriously considering it for next year though if things don't change drastically. I want to stick with it because I think it CAN be the best, but it is far from it in its current state. Thanks for watching and commenting!

    Why didn’t you switch back?

Because I had already gotten all my customers over to Copilot and their credit card info and did not want to have to do that again, seems unprofessional. If it doesn't drastically change for 2025, I will be gone. Still so many issues and no new updates expect for very minor bug fixes but then those bug fixes screw things up again for people. It's a mess. Thanks for watching and commenting!

@@LawnCareNinjathat’s understandable. I only ask because I was researching getting the software myself. Sounds like it needs a bit more time. Thanks for the review! Hope they get it addressed.

@@rhubert2539 If your company size is small, like solo or maybe a few employees, don't do it. Yardbook is WAY better than this aside from maybe a few things. They are not adding new features cos of all the bugs, bugs that still happen after all this time. I think Mike over-promised and under-delivered. I believe it could get there, but it will be a couple years away. Hopefully I am wrong, cos I bought into his vision for it.
