らっきょうタルタルおいしいですよね。自分はしば漬けで作る時もあります。歯応えがしっかりあるのと全体が薄ピンクに染まってかわいいので。
柴漬けとかでもアクセントで良いですね✨

新玉ねぎでタルタルソースを作ってはいけませんね、水っぽくなりすぎて😂！

流石です！
たまに、片栗粉でザクザクに揚げて甘酢も絡めるではなくとろみを付けた甘酢あんの変なチキン南蛮出す店もあるけど、あれは『モドキ』なんですよね…トンカツとカツレツくらい似て非なるものです。
てすがしっかりポイント押さえつつ、シェフならではのアレンジに脱帽です。
今度実家（宮崎県）に帰ったら参考に作らせていただきます！

我が家のタルタルもらっきょ使ってます。毎年らっきょ漬けてるので、カレーのお供以外はタルタルで消費しております👍しかしながら、スクランブルエッグで作るとは・・流石です🤤
どうやら床にまで粉を纏わせたようですね♪
今回の組み合わせはサイモン&ガーファンクルと言うよりは狩人と言った感じがしました。そうあずさ2号の狩人です♪
