- Doctor Gulliver has a rather unique way to solve the problem of overpopulation: develop a ray that shrinks all adult humans to a height of two inches. When he shrinks and captures all four Super Friends, there's nothing to stop him from using it.

Gulliver will get a fair trial... and then a nice lengthy prison term.
This story reminds me a little of The Twilight Zone episode, "Four O'Clock".
The main character decides to shrink all the evil people in the world.
Guess what happened instead?
Green Arrow always seemed lame to me.
He has a boxing glove arrow, and an arrow with a propellor that he can fly on!
That’s what Wonder Woman gets for giving a cat milk. 😾
Love the history
Perfect episode
My favorite detail is that Marvin & Wendy don't get shrunk but still manage to be useless.
He had a castle moved from England to to the US brick by brick.... a wise use of funds instead of simply moving & purchasing a plane/boat ticket
I'm going to guess the Atom was on that space mission or hadn't debuted yet. We've seen Plastic Man and the Flash as consulting guest heroes. He should have been called in as an expert if he was active. It might have (ah hem) SHORT-cut the plot.
Why didn't Batman and Robin use their Justice League communicators? Their utility belts shrank. Why does clothing shrink, but not other objects like planes, submarines, and rockets? What happened to the Bat-Copter? What is the range and speed of that hover arrow to get from Bornego to Justice League HQ?
At 26:54 Wonder Woman uses her magic lasso (shrunk version). At 16:07 she had the full size version give a message to Wendy and Marvin. Dr. Gulliver is challenging the play. Upon video review, the challenge is upheld. Wonder Woman will need to serve two minutes in the penalty box for use of illegal equipment, and Dr. Gulliver's capture is revoked.
As usual, the shrinking tech doesn't want to deal with mass. Removing space between atoms is great, but if you crush an empty beer can, it still has the same mass as it did before you stomped it. A full size Batman and Robin can't fly in a paper airplane any more than the two inch version. Of course, if the mass is reduced, they have to explain where it went (and how it returned). Then again, they don't want to explain the mass gain either.
Cartoons sure loved Peter Lorre
Harbor City? Harvard City? They referrin' to Cambridge, Massachusetts?
I have a question. How does Dr gulliver know what frequency the justice league of America and the super friends use?
3:50 How would you do it? Pym particles, of course.
