This is a cover of Pneuma... a new song on the album “Fear Inoculum”. I hope you enjoy! If you do... be sure to check out my Fear Inoculum Cover from last month!
This is phenomenal. I am just amazed how you did this , mind blown. Playing the rhythm guitar without drums on that sort of odd meter, must have been tricky, but it sounds just amazing.
Debjit Kundu Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it! Once I got the main riff down the timing actually wasn’t too bad! Definitely a little tricky to get a couple parts down... but that’s Tool for you!
Holy shit 🔥 this is so amazing 🤘 Considering how hard it is to even play tool. Best UA-cam recommendation I have gotten in a while. Loved it brother 🤘🤘
I have to say you did great for what it was. When it comes to the song it's not the same without the drums and electric. The sick transitions and the crazy ass syncing of everything is what really makes this song.
Chris Kaesz Yeah Tool is a band where you really get the whole experience with every instrument. But I’m glad you enjoyed it from an acoustic standpoint!
Matt S. Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed. Not necessary... but I will be posting two more covers later today (probably around 2 pm Eastern)! Be on the lookout!
Αλεξης Αλεξιου thank you! I am definitely keeping on! I am actually getting equipment for an in home studio to record original music! It isn’t Tool... but I think it will be good music! Thanks again!
octzone you can check this video out! I used this video as a basis. I didn’t follow note to note but it is a correct tab! m.ua-cam.com/video/FLK6lhwXAb8/v-deo.html
Do you see the notes when you play them as you feel them? There’s a pattern and I’d like to sense how it’s done. I’m a visual artist, so I wonder how the songs are written- note by note and then rehearsed, or does tool just jam and re-jam sessions until “the pieces fit”.
I have no idea how Tool does it but I know that most rock bands memorize, don't write/ read sheet music. Rick Wakeman and Jon Lord were 2 who read sheet music but they're classical people. It just depends how Berklee-wavelength a band is.
Fuck some of these other people. You did great man. Given all the layers and complexity of the instrumentation in this song, you did a great job of stripping it down to its essence. And playing and singing it can not be easy with its quirky rhythm. Well done.
This is really phenomenal. I'll admit, I was bored in the first minute. But when you started singing over the riffs, you in a way beat Keenan and James by doing both their jobs simultaneously!!
I know This is an old video but can you re re re upload it but with new strings on your guitar , your voice is great man just needs the fresh strings to compliment it even more
What guitar are you playing. The instrument in your hands sounds like 1,000,000 dollars.if its 100 dollar acoustic proves my point. You dont need 1000 guitar to be an artist .Great playing and singing.
The thought of singing and playing this at the same time makes me feel like I’m gonna barf.
Haha
I'm stealing this version to play at parties so I can seem like a genius.
GeekFurious go for it!
You probably dont get invited to parties
@@nalinshukla5413 What's your problem?
Fiji Oc HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
tears in my eyes superb vocals especially
Thank you!
You know why I love covers like this. You don't rely on a recording to play along with. It's all you. This is great man. Keep up the good work.

I have to say you did great for what it was. When it comes to the song it's not the same without the drums and electric. The sick transitions and the crazy ass syncing of everything is what really makes this song.

You haven’t changed those strings since the 90s lol. But dang dude great stuff. Very impressive.
Alexander Bean I changed them a week after this. The shop is 3 hours away. With work, it’s tough to get down there.
And thank you, glad you enjoyed!
Nice job
Ken Tynan thank you!

Not to mention you had ur phone in balance on ur leg throughout all song! really difficult! :)
I jizzed my pants involuntarily, you induced it... 🚿
what brand is your hat
Beck Davis it’s called “Cutlass”. It is Duddy B’s (from the Dirty Heads) brand.
😮
Could you make tabs?
Is this the new Travis Meeks ????
This is really phenomenal. I'll admit, I was bored in the first minute. But when you started singing over the riffs, you in a way beat Keenan and James by doing both their jobs simultaneously!!

David Urquilla I actually did a version with new strings! You can find it under my “Acoustic TOOL Album” Playlist!

Thank you! I have since upgraded! Got a new guitar a few months back!
