Nice video. The gasket needs to have the hole to pass fuel when pump is actuated. The pump is only activated at throttle rotation to reduce stumble. Love the bike.
I appreciate the comment! I’m a bit of a dipshit and certainly new to a lot of these things. Had no idea what that even was until I started reading about it. Just trying to learn and figure it out as I go.
Good video... but those are VM24SS carbs. VM22SS have an extra port on the intake side 2:30 position.

@@RageFueled no problem. They're very similar. That's the only way to tell them apart. Everything else is identical. The jets are the same for both the 22's and 24's. I suggest using legitimate Mikuni jets if you need to rejet them. The aftermarket jets don't seem to be of proper tolerances.
@@patrickwhitfield8280 I got it running right. Unfortunately I hate to say that I’m an idiot. I thought this had electronic ignition. It does not. I checked for points, found that I did have them, and regapped. Runs like a scalded dog now
