  • What is Fadogia Agrestis?
    ''It's a Nigerian shrub called Fidea aggressive, and it mimics luteinizing hormone, which is the hormone that comes out of the hypothalamus that stimulates the testes if you got those and the ovaries if you've got those.'' - Andrew Huberman
    The following significant T booster behaviors are fundamental to boosting testosterone resistance training. Staying between ten to 14% body fat, eating a diet rich in T-boosting foods, and getting 8 hours of sleep per night. Those are the main ways you'll boost testosterone. But every once in a while, a New herb comes along, and scientists and influencers make it the next big thing.
    To help men boost tea, this isn't a bad thing. Certain herbs were introduced as natural ways to boost tea, like Tongat, Ali, and Ashwagandha, for example, have stood times test.
    But I've learned over a decade of testosterone research not to jump on the bandwagon too soon. So there's been some noise lately about an herb called fadogia agrestis, and I'll cover what it is and what it's claimed to do, and if This Is the Holy Grail for Ed, Low T and Infertility?! So make sure to watch the whole video.

    Also keep in mind they were giving the rats around 1,000 milligrams while the normal dose for a human is 600

    • @ChadHowse
      @ChadHowse  Рік тому +29

      for sure, the doses were insanely high for rats, but a longer term study on humans, or even just ONE study on humans would be a must. I'm coming from this as a supplement company owner, so I have to be more critical about ingredients before using them or putting them in our products.

    • @brandoncook8300
      @brandoncook8300 Рік тому +15

      The normal dose for a human is over 1,200 mg. Depends on body weight. A rat was given 1,200 and it was toxic. We weigh much more than rats.

    • @ChadHowse
      @ChadHowse  Рік тому +8

      @@brandoncook8300 for sure, so I'd just like to see some human studies on long term use. Is 1200mg too much over a long term? Would a small dose be safer for daily use? I'd just like to see these answered before we include it.

      @@ChadHowse think about it, it increased test up to 600% don’t you think it would do nothing but harm?
      Think of it as taking TRT more than the normal range and it can suppress and even shut down test because the levels are too high, and even cause organ damage.
      Duh of course it would lead to negative side effect just like any other supplement not just drugs, even taking too much of something good can lead you to negative side effects

    • @ChadHowse
      @ChadHowse  Рік тому +11

      That's the caveat, and why we need human studies. It wasn't an insanely big dose, but it was big. Converted to what humans would take, it's maybe a double dose. Still, it's a cause for concern. Problem is, that toxicity finding probably shut down any human studies they were thinking of doing.
