I am doing mechanzie exercises 5 and 6 for one side neck pain and also doing yoga for cervical spondylozies. Is it right or shall I drop yoga for some time?
Dear sir,I'm Dr.Elangovan chennai.your channel is very informative.I suffer with cervical spondylosis with prolapse.one physio taught Ur MC Kenzie exercise No 1&2,3 Not effective.I want to try your No 5 exercise as I have pain in one side .we have to laterally rotate to same side of pain (or) to opposite side.

while doing these exercises if you don’t have any pain then you can . If you have pain then Sir we have to check your cervical movements and myotome then only we can say . Or else you can check your local Physiotherapist who can guide you .

I'm suffering for neck pain due to vertebral artrosis and cervical herniated disc in c4-c5. Are this exercises indicated or not for my problem? Thank you

Same side of the pain but it should be in tolerable range( out of 10 it should be not more than 4in VAS scale)

My Tinnitus (ringing in ears) increases when I press my jaw or stretch my neck. Can it be due to mechanical issues of my neck?
