      Jitna malai hai uska adha to ghee niklta hi hai but dahi se bahot low quantity me niklta hai 2 ltr ka lagbhag 200 gram

      @HomeMadeKhanaWithSeemana Sister mein ne us yogurt ko phir se fridge main rakh diya tha. Next day dekh to opar bhaag jaisi teh thi aur neeche pani sa. Mein ne opar se jhaag jaisa butter uttar liya aur pani alag kar liye. Doodh jaisa pani tha. Lekin us ka taste bilkul lassi jaisa. I think next time mein pani daale bina yogurt ko blend karon to theek se butter nikal aye ga. Abhi bhi nikla hai lekin patla hai zara, may be pani ki wajha se. Mein ne ream se butter banaya wo bilkul theek raha. Lekin us se ghee banaya to mujhe lagta hai ke mein ne zara burn kar diya hai. Mujhe pata hi nahi chal raha tha ke kab ghee ready ho gaya hai ya nahi. Lekin Khair 1st time.e experience itna bhi bura nahi raha. Buhat shukriya aap ki help ka🥰

      @HomeMadeKhanaWithSeemana waise yahan aaj kal buhat thand ho rahi hai. Lekin mujhe lassi itne mazay ki nikli hai yogurt se ke mein khud ko stop nahi kar pai aur mazay se lassi pee subha bhi aur shaam bhi 😀

    Dear Mam
    I am never able to make makhan with hand beating. I have to use blender. But i want to make it with hand beating. I do churning for 30 minutes. But still there is no makhan coming out. The curd remains as it is but becomes thin. Please suggest where i m wrong?

      Aisa aksar hota hai, mere sath bhi huwa tha,, consistency of practising will make u perfect,, dahiko kisi gol type bartanme fete jiska mu chota ho, like matka,,,bichme fette fette agar pani ki jarurat lage to bahot thand hai to thoda garam pani dalte huye fete bahot garmika season hai to ice ya fridge ka child water use kare, normal type mausam hai to normal regular water ya matke ka thanda pani use kare but thoda thoda.fir fette rahe,kisi karan makhan nikal hi nhi rahi to us liquid ko 3,4 ghante bajume aise hi rakhde bina hilaye, fir wapas ftna suru kare, I m sure mkhan niklega

      Aisa kuch nahi, u can use only thanda pani, agar kisi karan bas butter nikal hi nahi rahi ho to u can use ice cubes

      Meri v ek ichha hai k mai khud kisi gau me jakar wese hi makhan apne hatose nikalu jaise purane jamaneme madani, matka, rassi insab chisose manthan karke nikala jata tha,, I wish k meri wish puri hogi,,, 😄😄kyu k mujh bhi pahle gharme charner use karke dahise makhan nikal ne me itni dikkat ati thi k rona ajata tha so I can understand ur problem k kitne parisani hotihogi. Well churnig ka time depend on dahi quantity n also churner kitna sarp hai ya nahi hai bada hai chota hai,,, fir v andaji 20 minutes to 3o minutes pakad lijiye,,,
      Normal weather me ap normal water thoda child type water lenge to achha rahega,, august me wese to baris hoti hai to thoda thanda hi ya fir fridge ka pani dalte huye fete, aur dhup wala mausam hai thodi garmi type to ice v le sakte hai,,

      Thank u Mam for replying, haanji jo haath se makhan banate hain, uski jo bachi hui lassi hoti hai, vo bahut tasty hoti hai in comparison to lassi made with blender. Jo haath se bani hui lassi hoti hai usme choti choti fractions of fat hoti hai, jo ek unique taste deti hai. Jo gaun ke log hain na, vo log turant bata dete hain ki lassi blender se bani hai ya haathon se. 😊😊anyways good work u r doing bye.

      Apke yaha abhi mausam kaisa hai? Kitna dahi liya hai, kya full fat milk ka dahi hai? 2,4 ghante dhake bajume rakhdo aur normal temperature pe ane do use, aur fir wapase fetke dekho

      Traditionally, curd is made in a soil pot or earthen pot so i would be already cool. . maybe that's why ice is a fast replacement of it. .. maybe

      Selflife badane k liye thoda vinegar use karsakte hai,,aur color k liye thoda pinch of haldi ya food color. Fridge me ek hapta, freezer me ek aat mahina se v jyada rakh sakte ho lekin freezer me hard hone ki samasya hoti hai,, to use se kuchh ghante pahle hi nikal k rakhe taki makkhan soft hojaye,, ha makhan banavane k bad achhe se dhole, pani bilkul na ho buttet me is batka dhyan rakhe 🙏🙏😊

    I made curd out of full fat milk. Tried blending in mixer. Added some curd and ice water. Kept blending it for more than 10 minutes. I could only see foam coming. Why couldn’t I make butter can you explain?

      Aisa akasar hota hai,,,, bahot dikkat ati hai,,, ek kam kare jo v misran hai sab ko ek bartan me 3,4 ghante aise hi room tempreture m chod de fir kisi charmar se hathose hi manthan kare ,, I m sure butter nikal ayega,,,, but dahise butter jyada niklne ka expectation mat rakhna,,, by the way apne kitna litter dahi liya hai

    Adding too much water will not result in making butter. Instead you must have churned it well for some more time. And butter should always set together once it is done.

    Sister mere dahee main se ghee nikal hi nahi raha. Mein ne thora sa garam pani dala, ab 2 ghante ho gye hain machine chalte. Lekin butter nahi ban raha

      I think next time bina pani dale try karon. May bhi yahan ke yogurt different hon, iss liye pani daal ke butter nahi bana.

      Ap dudhk quantity yaha mat pakdiye,, it depends on ur milk's fat,, dudh achha full fat wala ho to ek kilo dahise 200ml tak ghee niklega,, is padatise ghee kam hi nikalta hai aur umda quality ka ghee hota hai in the comparison of malaise ghee

    OMG, I wish I knew this, I would have made ghee many times! thank you so much for this, next time I'm planning to make Curry I will definitely give this a try! I wanted to ask some shop brought Ghees have this gorgeous smell to it, what is it that they put in? Can we use Kewera water in for smell?

      M bit confused k ap kahna kya chate hai,,, e to dahi hai n u said milk,, I think ap chhas kahna chate ho, well maine kav dahise makhan nikalne k bad chaas se panir nahi banaya, ap experiment kar sakte ho,, mai aglibar experiment karke dekhti hu,, u have to wait for that but malaise se makhan nikalne ke bad jo chas hota hai use ap panir banasakte hai
