I made curd out of full fat milk. Tried blending in mixer. Added some curd and ice water. Kept blending it for more than 10 minutes. I could only see foam coming. Why couldn’t I make butter can you explain?

Adding too much water will not result in making butter. Instead you must have churned it well for some more time. And butter should always set together once it is done.

May be apki dahi low fat milk se jmai hui ho. So, full fat milk use kijiye.
