I have this right now next to my D300s. The D300s looks massive and indestructible and frankly ancient. I might buy a boat so I can use my d300s as an anchor.
Z50 has the D500 sensor, a pro aps-c camera, also the video capabilities are way superior than D5600 (autofocus is finally good on Nikon cameras for video). Also, mirrorless mounts in general are so much better because of physical properties (flange distance, diameter)
hello, Lifepixel modified my d5600 camera to full spectrum and i use external 590nm... IR filters. Nice but difficut to have sharp foliage on liveview AF. I am using Sigma F/1.4 35mm. any trick ? viewfinder cannot be used for IR here. focus is wrong as well as exposure measurement, at least 2 stops. Perhaps there is still a IR filter in the prism path to viewfinder.
The adjustable Flash power is fantastic for filling shadows and it's very had to detect Flash was used. Very sharp even with kit lenses.

Amazing camera
What would be best, the D5600 or the new mirrorless Z50?
The Z50 is far better than the D5600 in every expect (only in battery life the D5600 is better)
