    If anyone doesn’t have a foam roller just use a tennis ball i learned it from Matt sheldon he used to use a tennis ball when he didn’t have access to any foam rollers but be careful not to put too much pressure while using the tennis ball

      I think tennis ball is good for the muscles in lower parts due to their size, but a bigger ball would be better for hamstring.

    Watched this the next day after I played a full 90 coming back from a injury and I am absolutely shattered my whole body is sore and tight especially my hamstrings and calves

      It depends on how strong you are and how much your body can take. But have like skill/touch/shot/pass training like 3 days a week. Recovery session after every game or trainings. Have 1 gym training. 1 condition training and then learn from other pros. Like if you are left wing learn and analyse what CR7 or Neymar does during the whole game.

    You could also use elevation (leg elevation, blood flow will be lighter), compression (shorts, sleeves), Ice and Cold showers/baths.

      Even I asked my physio once how to strengthen my knee. You can't strengthen your knee with any exercise. Knee joint helps with movement only so what we need to train and strengthen is our ligaments and muscles surrounding the knees like quads and thighs. As far as bones are concerned, vitamin D is what we need that aids in absorption of calcium which is needed for strong bones.

      I wouldn't want to comment on the exercise bit since I'm not an expert but I would suggest a good diet that includes less acidic food and less non-vegetarian for some time because they are known to increase inflammation. Diet and sleep helps with a lot of things. Besides this, perhaps a physio could help.
