I like it but it’s important to drink lots of water and replenish after using it 👍🏼
Hi Jake, I now I'm 3 years late. But this was a great information source. One question though, do you do scrimmage same day as leg day?
Jack, a quick one. Is it possible for one to train with a professional club if he has no club playing for, for the meantime?
Jack should you foam roll on match day and what do you do if you have a painful groin
Bro next video do it how to recover shin splints.
Thanks it will help a lot.
Best wishes for your professional career and love from India.
Thank you Krishna!

TITUS 3V5 Yeah i know
@@JJSAX_ its a shame tho i havent heard much from him since.
Like how he is getting on performance wise, ike matt sheldon is able to show us.
But maybe theres a reason.
i love your videos...you are really good you should play in MLS :)

Thanks Hoda 👍🏼 I train 4/5 football sessions with my team a week and 3/4 gym sessions a week. I will do some videos soon on how to improve certain areas of the game.
Can you give the sets and reps on the band work and on dynamic warm up? @jack blake
Usually 10 reps 2 sets of each exercise 👍🏼 dynamic warm ups depend on how sore or loose you feel
I'm an orange county soccer club supporter so let's not talk about yesterday i'm a fan of your youtube videos though keep being awesome
Hahaha thanks Logan appreciate it 👍🏼
this routine you did when you stop feeling pain in your injury or during the pain of your injury? This is what baffles me
I appreciate if you answer my question ♥
why ifeel pain under my foot after playing? and how can i solve this thing?
Hello sir ,does recovery also include heart rate recovery
What do you do to get som much sleep? Because it seems like I can't get more than 8 hours max?
🤜🏽🤛🏽
Please show some calf muscles Exercises and how to relax
Anyone else watching this 11:30 at night and listening to him saying get enough sleep
😂😂😂
Ho jack everytime I've done my recovery right but most of the time i just can't fall asleep when i lie down on bed. Any tips or suggestions?
I would recommend finding a calming tea to drink 30 mins before bed. I like to drink chamomile tea ☕️
No infrared?
Did you ascend to next level MLS? ❤👋
Which resistance band do you use jack
I like to use the blue or the black one 😁👍🏼
@@JackBlake thanks
What about sports drinks that you take? For recovery or anything that helps you maintain
I don’t drink sports drinks
So y’all don’t get any type of hydration drinks or recovery drinks from the club physicians or dietitians?
I do a lot of push ups, what do you recommend if I want to recover faster for push ups and to train more frequently I am an advance athlete I can do 103 push ups in a row
103s really good can you record you doing 103
You must try replacing meat and seafood protein with vegetable protein, your sleep quota and lethargy will drop drastically. Mentally you will be more alert, you will feel less inflammation overall
What are those things you put on your feet for the ice bath called
Ice bath socks/ ice bath cryo caps
Recovery does players after the match or training or after injury??
When?? Can we do with tennis ball
UA & FA If you’re feeling muscle tightness in certain areas, I recommend a lacrosse ball instead of a tennis ball. I use a foam roller for every need, but a lacrosse ball gets into tight spaces like your shoulders and hips.
@@shirocp IDK about tightness but my legs pain daily and yeah maybe sometimes I feel tightness in muscles
@@shirocp but here he is saying almost every day
Well, there’s a difference between soreness and pain. Which are you experiencing lately? I recommend you check with your physician or get X-rays to see if there’s anything else other than just pain. I believe this video is based on how to recover quickly from soreness before the next upcoming match. I hope all is well with you, and you have a speedy recovery. 😎🙏🏼

Jack I’m doing 364 day challenge to Pro on my channel, I’ve recently been feeling pain in my hip, not my muscle is there anything to do to try and minimise / remove this pain
Do everything he does in the video bro
budbuddingding 299 Yh I will do but i’m wondering about pain not in muscles
@@TomAllenFootball why 364 and not 365????😅
TITUS 3V5 typed wrong 😂
I would see a qualified professional so that they can prescribe something. It’s hard to say through a phone screen
Great video once again, I have some questions and was wondering if I could get your email?

Hey what was that piece of equipment called that the physiotherapist used on your feet called again?
Graston 👍🏼
Jack Blake ok thanks man
How many hours do you train per week?
Around 15 hours with football and gym included
nutrition is the key vegan meals help a lot
lmao
Foam rolling the lower back is actually a bad idea. Just do some research about it.
Water is not equal to hydration
Did you mean 2 litres of water because 2 gallons is a lot a lot of water. But regardless love the content
Yes! On game days and heavy training days we lose so much sweat and water so it’s important to replenish. I can lose up to 6/7 pounds of water weight in a game
two galons of water a day? isnt that too much ? thats it like 8 liters
I lose so much water during sweat and exercise so it’s important to replenish. You can never drink too much water in my opinion
2 Gallons is toooooooooooo much buddy. You will wipe out all your electrolytes.
there are no benefits of foam rolling
