The guys are young, good, quick, strong and they keep getting taller! lol I've been doing body recovery for years but I hadn't thought of the glute band and no other recovery method does what the band can do. I appreciate the video!
From a physio perspective I like the following: Massage (psychological benefits for recovery Sleep Increased water intake + electrolytes Good protein Static and dynamic(do both, static alone aint good) Foam rolling is decent too Light running and cycling

Yes! On game days and heavy training days we lose so much sweat and water so it’s important to replenish. I can lose up to 6/7 pounds of water weight in a game
