This turned out AMAZING, i think you could actually use this even if you didnt cook on the way but on the doorstep. Check out the Insta 360 they are very useful camreas so a great sponsor. Puzzles will be gone soon so don't miss out.......AND work has started on Phase 2 of the tunnel but am i going to the bunker or the car????
Hi
Since you did say you wanted to expand the bunker a bit anyways, I'm guessing bunker. Anyhow, hyped to see it regardless the direction it takes!
Car, with a lift!!!!
I know you like the bike, but I mean, you can have pizza...
It's gonna be winter before you know it. Better get that car on the lift side done first! Haha

This is a uniquely practical Furze build. Like... I could actually see this as a commercial product / gimmick for a pizzeria. The pizza looks so amazing and fresh!
the bit about the angle iron helping to bend the cone shapes (5:54) is so wholesome!! such a great way to put it, one big learning circle lol. every time we get on the internet, its a chance to learn and pass on awesome ideas to each other, and inspire greatness in ourselves and all our friends!
Just imagine driving down a country road and passing by 2 uncooked handmade pizzas. Thanks for giving someone that experience Col.
That sums up lincolninshire lol
It's lincolinshire for you :p
I guess if you live in Lincolnshire and experience something awkward or strange like fresh pizza dough on the road, it's not far-fetched that Collin has something to do with it. 🤣
Plus a trail of random pizza toppings.
When I was a kid we only used to get roadkills. Now it's fricking pizza!
Imagine using an online ordering tool, but as soon as you send the payment it skips right past "the restaurant is preparing your order" and goes straight to delivery. You think it's an error, and are half way through composing an error report when you hear Funiculi Funicula playing in the distance, rapidly approaching. Pizza is coming for you, it is inevitable.

hi
General workshop tip that did miracles to me. Whenever im working on a project and looking for something i misplaced in the shop: don't try looking for it, it will probably be out of sight anyway. Just start putting your tools back in their respective spots and tidy up a bit. I guarantee you'll find your item quicker and your workshop just became tidier at the same time. Win-win
Me: - puts Pencil behind Ear.
- takes measures
- swears all around the Workshop to find Pencil
- goes upstairs for a new Pencil
- has to go pee
- casually looks in Mirror, finds lost Pencil again...
- gets back to Workshop with two Pencils
- repeat

Colin:
An adjunct to your magnificent sphere experiment is that of stretch forming sheet metal over a mandrel. IE 0.02" - 0.25" thickness.
Machine mandrel to exact size. Calculate true length of sheet metal blank, (cylinder, cone or otherwise) and subtract approx. half a thickness. Butt braze, silver solder or tig weld to close then heat to around 500C and place over mandrel. Stretch formed in this way the resulting cylinder or cone is a carbon copy of the mandrel OD. Easily within a couple of thou'. It stretched to shape. Gently tease the butt joint flat with a planishing hammer and a shim of similar radius. Set upright, heat with a big soft flame all round, watch the perfect cylinder slip off.
Incidently, it was myself that forwarded the cone forming trick to you which was taught to me by an old geezer back in 1954, in England.
I am now an old geezer and am so pleased to reciprocate.
Love your enthusiasm and inventions.

Quite honestly, I'm amazed he can still do it. Just watch, he'll be 80 years old and his grand kids will ask him what he used to do for fun and he'll say, "Here let me show you." And will drag the old bmx out of the shed and pop off.
I'm genuinely amazed at how well that oven turned out. Never would have thought of hydroforming two spheres together.
I would have formed the second sphere separately, then cut it in half to insert the first sphere.
I expected this to be a half-joke half-hack, completely unserious episode, but I was blown away by the results. Impressive, as ever, Colin 👍
This video is just a delight to watch, start to finish with a smile on my face. Colin's inventions are just from another world 😅

Even though not the most complicated or large project, this is, in my opinion, one of the coolest projects. It's so simple, yet so fun! Love it
My friend and I had this idea over 20 years ago, only it would be in a small truck with a full kitchen in back, designed for a chef to be strapped into a seat that could reach everything, and everything setup to be used while moving.
Edit: Your execution of the idea is way more fun, though, lol!
A truck? idk seems a bit too practical
a large ferris wheel could be placed instead of the single furnace so you rotate it to get to the next appliance, imo.
I've had the same idea some time back.
They read Snow Crash (2000) and said "yes, and..."
Cool you guys came up with the new original idea of a food truck

The pizza resistance would be a handy dandy belt of knives to slice it up, would be even quicker process 😂😂
Thank you so so much for not chopping up that bike and instead choosing to figure out the build without having to do so. That really does mean a lot. And this is one of the coolest builds to date.

The whole concept is amazing and would probably even work for a pizzeria in a small village or town. The vehicle looks awesome, but the wooden board with the logo is even better. Nice artistic logo.
Yeah it could definitely be improved and turned into a viable concept. Make the stone have some sides on it to stop the pizza sliding. Make the pizza before the ride. So keen for this.
@@dan110024don't forget you could do something similar in a car or truck that way you don't fight the wind to make it.

If a pizzaria had a bike like this, I'd exclusively order from them!
Ther is one. Hamburg turbo pizza (unsure if they still in business) have no bike but small car like that. No open fire but one large stone with electric heating. The car start and drive away and stone is still hot and cooks pizza done in traffic. It was april 1 joke but it works and they keep it. Its expensive and only special order. They had much problems with permission because the big stone in the car. Its like half ton and red hot glowing and fire department was not happy.
Reminds me of how they sold noodles on a heavily modified bike here in Thailand
Yeah, a freshly warm pizza with a hefty side order of exhaust fumes.

I would use drones today, but I still think a Zeppelin based floating Pizzeria would be marvelous 🙂
Pure madness, pure fun, pure pleasure. Colin... You Da Boss.
A food truck pizza but instead of a truck you use a bike... I love it for no reason!
Imagine a whole parking lot of food motorcycles all working at once.
When I was a child, there was a guy on my town that had a VW Kombi and put an oven on it, and did exactly what you did, while his wife drives to your house he made the pizza, problem was that in that era cellphones didn't exist, so you had to order it previously to be delivered in the evening.
Certeza que era br kkkkk

Also, looking forward to the next tunnel video! ;-)
I came across this guy just recently in the recommendations, this guy paves the way for the future of inventions, I'm so impressed!... If this guy goes "back to the future" I wouldn't be surprised at all, lol...
Thats actually incredible. My first job was working at a sbarros pizza in a mall. The difference between a sbarros and a dominos or pizza hut is we actually made our pizza dough in house instead of using frozen dough. The only thing we didn't make in house that we could have done was the sauce. That came to us in a large can. But learning to toss dough, the right amount of sauce, cheese, peperoni, etc, cook time oven temps was all really cool. I think that was the only job I ever had that I truly loved but the pay was horrible. I think it was $5.25/hr back then in 2007. When I left that job I some how ended up with their cook books. The one thing I wish I could get from there is their chicken wings and figure out where they got their mozzarella. Their cheese was special. I dont know what it was but it was the best cheese I have ever had.
This is the most practical thing you've ever made.
I'm both jealous and concerned.
This seems about as close as you could get to Overcooked in real life. Love it.
so good to see you back on a bike like the early channel days :D
Bloody brilliant Collin!
You should definetly use this as an attraction for i.e. a kids birthday party. Its easy to take anywhere so you can celebrate a birthday in the middle of nowhere but still be able to offer fresh pizza :D
It's absolutely an idea for a street-food or event cookery unit, although I'd probably have been more boring if I'd made it and use a sidecar outfit as the vehicle base.
While its a fun idea, i think at that point you might as well have a food truck
Unless you want to the kids to be making the pizza in the back
It's actually a thing that exists, not on a motorcycle but on a small van
When we haven’t seen Colin in a while I always think ‘He’s finally doing it, he’s building a Death Star....’ 😁

Failure is always an option. Lovely to see how you just bounce back and learn. Inspiring, even.
Waw this is just amazing. The smile of the kids is just on another level :D
Fantastic! Absolutely love this build! Also, to solve those last two problems, clearly you need to make a V2 that is like... one of those motorized trike transports perhaps, where the back has a cover and a wider seat... little back seat kitchen.
... though at that point you almost would be better set to just use a food truck... even if that is the more boring option xD
