So is it safe to say you will never address the question of why not use a decent dB meter, not as an absolute value, but to use the same meter in the same conditions so we can have an OBJECTIVE quantitative measure to determine RELATIVE loudness between tested suppressors. Please answer the question directly. And I want to add I really appreciate your videos!
I’ve used BK2009 meters in old videos. It adds a TON of work. I’ve yet to see a company in this day and age, fudging numbers. Not to mention I can meter a can here in FL on Dec1st and then in Georgia on Dec2 with the same ammo and host and it’ll meter 3-5dB different. This is why I hold my annual Suppressed Fest events. So you can come out and demo cans live in person from a plethora of vendors.
He has explained in previous videos that to him it's about the tone of the combination more than absolute dB numbers. Are you or anyone familiar with A weighing and B weighing of professional dB meters? I am and what it means in real world is it's about the tone, the numbers are only good for comparing tests in the same environment
@@jeffreystroman2811 Yes, only in the same environments- it would help greatly to give an idea of relative loudness. Of course the tone makes a difference, but that can be commented on. The mic and internet sound make them all sound quite similar volume. You can't tell me a 121 db sounds the same as 1dB.,..well you could, but you would be wrong. heh. Don't have a stroke over that comment.
Because there's only really 1 meter that can even capture a gunshot. All the rest are far too slow and will generally show the same values at every gunshot. You would be upset if they all metered 120db with or without a can right?
Well it's full titanium construction built for precision shooting and being sold to a government agency. I'd say 1g is pretty reasonable. My SureFire Socom 762 was 1100 on sale. It isn't quiet. It's heavy af. But it's built like a tank.
@@someguy5035 no, they have limited production capacity and limited machine space. they are maximizing their profit per machine by keeping them running, but at some point you raise the price to where it stabilizes the machine capacity vs profit. Watch their reviews. 👍
@@nfareview I don't want to watch their reviews, I want to watch YOUR reviews.
@@the1andonlySherlock then go to “videos” on my channel and scroll back a couple years. You’ll see a ton of SiCo videos. 🍻
@@nfareview I've seen them all already, I want to see videos on their new cans, like the 36M and now the 46M, because there's very few good quality reviews covering them on UA-cam.
@@the1andonlySherlock I don’t know what to tell you brother. I can’t afford to buy 4 suppressors a month. Do you understand what it takes to produce one of my reviews? 4 days of work. Studio, edit, range, edit, post. Add ammo expenses and I have 30 man hours plus ammo just in one video. Imagine adding the cost of the suppressor on top. For what? I don’t make $ on the UA-cam ads. Want to support the channel? Head to Patreon and bring 100 friends to the Gold tier. Then I’ll buy all the SiCo suppressors you want to see reviewed 🤣 Until then I’ll stay the course 🍻
@@nfareview I think it's safe to say- That it's safe to say.... Wouldn't You Say Mr. Review'n all thinggs NFA 😀🤙🤙
🐂💩
I can't hear you ☝️
He has explained in previous videos that to him it's about the tone of the combination more than absolute dB numbers.
I have a Sig Sauer scope with the HellFire QuadPlex red dot in the center with multiple brightness settings. WHISKEY3 4-12X50 MM SOW34205
Good for calibers .223win to .300norma.
Tf is .223win???
Typo. Happens when you work 100hrs a week. Try it sometime.

$1000 doll hairs is WAY too much for a suppressor.....
Well it's full titanium construction built for precision shooting and being sold to a government agency.
I'd say 1g is pretty reasonable. My SureFire Socom 762 was 1100 on sale. It isn't quiet. It's heavy af. But it's built like a tank.
@@atadbitnefarious1387 The fact a ton of them are being sold should drive the price down, not the other way around. Economies of scale are a thing.
@@someguy5035 no, they have limited production capacity and limited machine space. they are maximizing their profit per machine by keeping them running, but at some point you raise the price to where it stabilizes the machine capacity vs profit.
It's an NFA item, it's going to cost more to get something well made from exotic materials. Priced raw titanium lately?
I will not buy any product from any company which supplies the enemy.
Going into manufacturing your own weapons and ammo huh? 🤔😆
Stupidest comment of the video, hands down.
@@MiguelACurlSr247365 Import ammo only. Most civilian gun companies have literally zero Fed Gov contracts. And between 80% lowers and my access to three million dollars of CNC equipment I'm doing pretty ok. I'm making a completely billet upper for the lulz this next quarter.
Don’t buy federal ammunition then.
@@TNCombatMedic yup
The fact that they sell to the brown shirts ensures I won't be buying one.
Let's go Brandon.
Better not buy any guns, silencers or Night Vision then. Oh and ammo. Oh and armor. Throw rocks in self defense.

don't buy a dead air can then, they make them as well as a few others.

You lost your right to an opinion when you said California.
@kenny wickman1 well, when most people say “comifornia” they are implying California.
Not having a silencer is your choice. I choose to have one in case I get in a sniper v. sniper scenario with the FBI. Why should I be the one to disturb the neighbors as I take out tyrants?
