Before you refrigerate the guac, add a little lime juice on top and squish the pit down into it. Wrap with plastic wrap. It'll keep it green!

use a bunch of cilantro to make a green goddess type dressing using plain greek yogurt, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin. SOOOO good as a dressing for taco salad. I also use cilantro in making thai curry, cashew chicken stir fry, and sprinkled on top of tacos, in burritos, or in marinades.

What i do with the cilantro thats left over i wash it, let it dry and wrap it in that clear plastic, Saran Wrap, or even in a sandwich Ziploc bag and put in the freezer. You don't need to cut it. when you need it just put it out and with your hand break it apart and use it like always. It can last up to like 6 months just make sure its wrap good and no air goes in it. I been using this method for year. It works great!

  • @elizabethshaw734

When I was vegan I either found avocados that were something you could kill somebody with or mush. I add lime juice to what's left and chop it up and then put it on toast the next morning and it is fine and green just like I left it. See if you can get great value or Welch's frozen avocado Great Value comes in chunks and you can take out what you need and leave the rest in the freezer it is mind blown for me that I can finally get avocados that are perfectly ripe!

Put the left over gauc in an airtight container and the gently cover with a layer of water. This works because the water stops it from oxidation and the avocado is fatty enough that the water doesn’t soak in. No nasty brown just pour off the layer of water.

I hope you see this or that somebody can pass it on to a recent video for me. I tried the Great Value version of A1 and it is gross. I do like the version of steak sauce which tastes like A1 from Save-A-Lot. I can't tell the difference. I bought a bottle of A1 and I already had the one from Save-A-Lot and they tasted exactly the same to me. I always have or used to have a one in the house but you have taught me to put it on a baked potato. I would suggest buying very green hard avocados and letting them ripen for a few days at home! They'll be perfect
