Kristin Stepp new subbie, I use flour tortillas for my dumplings, cut or tear them into pieces, flour them (all purpose flour) in a gallon storage bag and add to the boiling chicken, the flour helps make the broth thicken and it is so quick!

I make my grandmother's fluffy dumplings not the kind that you roll out and slice. It's six of one half dozen of the other because some people really enjoy the cut dumplings and other people really enjoy the fluffy scooped dumplings. I'm so happy to see accent in your ingredients and I know another UA-cam channel I think it's cooking with Rick I've watched him forever and he uses accent.
