I was 63 and my testosterone was 55........I went carnivore diet, and cured every chronic illness I had, from diabetes to arthritis to prostate problems. Unbelievable results across the board both mental and physical.
My testosterone rose to 500. It took nearly a year to fix my bedroom problems, but fix them it did!
My current diet is one meal a day. Bacon and 5 eggs with butter. Haven't had fruit or veggies for 18months. Zero fibre for 18months, and cured my 50yrs of ibs, gastric reflux, abdominal pain in 5 days of carnivore. Unbelievable.

I’m mid 50’s, T at 200 (way low) almost died from congestive heart failure because of a brutal bout of Covid ~ can’t do TRT because of heart ~ I need & WANT to change my T naturally, do you take supplements to compensate for all the vitamins/nutrients this diet plan is missing? thx 👍🏼

    • @johnallen7367

@simply417guy hi. I dont believe that my diet is devoid of any nutrients or vitamins. I had had 2 heart attacks and a couple of stents, and was on a handfull of meds a day. Im now med free, feel younger than ever and im thriving. Many cultures around the world who eat a diet of meat and fat exclusively, are completely healthy, and suffer from none of the chronic diseases that we in the west do. My t went from fifty something to over 500, and I felt it initially in a level of confidence and subdued aggression that honestly, felt amazing. I dont back away. Bedroom issues that were the result of inflammation and years of medications, took nearly a year to recover, but recover they did. My diet is beef, bacon, eggs, butter. Once a day. Im never hungry, never tired. Im 64 now, and back in the workplace and shaming guys half my age. 75lbs dropped off effortlessly in the first 5 months. My inflammation markers plummeted. T2 diabetes reversed in week 3. 50years of ibs, gastric reflux, abdominal pain, bloating disappeared completely in 5 days, and not by eating more fibre as was suggested, but by eating zero fibre. I haven't had a vegetable or a single piece of fruit for 18months, and i feel wonderful. Everything wrong with me corrected itself. Cholesterol is not the enemy, insulin resistance is, caused by sugar and carbs. Plants are not the ultimate human food. Carbs are not required by the body. Plants all contain toxins, some of which are extremely harmful to humans. These are a few of the realities that i have come to understand. Carnivore corrects basic metabolic health, and then everything else falls in line. Mental and physical health transformation has been somewhat startling. Something is very wrong with the medical profession. Look around you at the people. Fat, sick, bloated, miserable. Children of 10 with t2 diabetes. We are the fattest, sickest people on the planet, but have access to premium health care?
Good luck on your trip, research for yourself, and bin your faith in the medical profession.

I’m 60 years old and been lifting weights off and on since I was 11 years old. I’m not doing too bad for an old man. I last tested and my total T levels were 675. I most consume Steak and Eggs and my workout centers around Squats,Deadlifts and Power Cleans/Military Press. I remember the first time I had my T levels checked they were 450 and I was 36 years old. During that time I wasn’t working much and amazingly I have higher T levels today than I did 24 years ago. I don’t take any supplements and I feel very good physically. I recently changed my diet over to a meat based and very little Carbohydrate consumption (June 2024) I did blood work and my cholesterol, A1C, fasting blood glucose and triglycerides (same time I started my new diet) I used to consume lot of Rice and Potatoes along with greens and fruit and what not. I had a total cholesterol reading at 275 glucose was 117 and A1C 5.9. Just a few days ago I did another panel (after some 5 months on Keto style diet ) and my cholesterol dropped to 229. My A1C remained the same at 5.9 but my glucose reduced to 97. My triglycerides dropped from like high 80’d to high 60’s (my HDL had a higher reading than my triglycerides. Well sorry to ramble on but I will personally say I feel much better on a Keto style diet that’s for sure

Her diet is based on what the Bible states is the original diet humans were designed to eat. Which just so happens to be supported by science. Look at the blue zones study and the longest living groups of people around the world. Whole food plant based no processed food. And yes I’m a Seventh Day Adventist if you got kicked out of the church for eating meat they would lose 70% of people because unfortunately people like to choose there own way instead of following the Bible or science. I encourage you to do your own research on the subject instead of accusing others of spreading misinformation. You might be unknowingly guilty of that same thing. Even the World Health Organization says red meat is a probable carcinogen and processed meat is a class 1 carcinogen. It’s pretty well established science at this point in time.

Pumpkin seeds are laced with Phytate, Oxalate, nitrate and hydrocyanic acid. These are what are called anti nutrients, the block the body from absorbing nutrients from foods, instead of supplements and old wifes tales (magic pumpkin seeds), simply switch to a carnivore diet, and do heavy resistance training at least 3 days per week.
Ive been doing this for 2 years, my natural test levels are through the roof, im in the best shape of my life at 46, weighing 87kgs at 6 foot tall and sitting around 11% body fat.

Very true, I am 72 and have a natural T level of 782, just taken a few months ago. Nothing magical, just dropped fat from intermittent fasting 8 tears ago, eat very healthy, do not drink alcohol anymore, lift 5 days a week on push, pull, legs, day off then repeat Nothing heavy anymore, reps to failure, 8 sets of various basic bodybuilding exercises, push ups, tri push downs, pull downs or pull ups, dumb bell curls 20-25 pounds, hammer curls, shoulder raises 10-12 pounds, you get the drift, air squats, calf raises, some weight leg machines.... all in high reps to failure, 15-30. Do cardio on stair climber or elyptical a couple of times a week, walk if I have time. No breakfast, lunch is a giant bowl 32 oz of non fat unflavored greek yogurt, 3 heaping tablespoons of cacao nibs, 3 heaping tablespoons of chia seeds, 3 heaping tablespoons of high fiber oat bran, add water and mix up, banana, red grapes or blueberries, in afternoon a small handful of pumpkin seed, walnuts, a couple of brazil nuts, and maybe a few almonds, apple, celery, red bell pepper. Dinner is usually vegetables and lean protein like chicken beef or fish. Take zero supplements except New Chapter Men's Multi, and 2k Vitamin D-3, coffee and green tea, lotsa water. Still work full time as I enjoy it, own a company. Married 50 years, wonderful family, wife, kids and grandkids, here I got lucky, but you get what you give. Only post this to help others and verify this video, hope this helps. Also my T level was always around 400, losing the weight 8 years ago raised it significantly. The fasting naturally raises the T and growth hormone levels, look it up. If they tell you it doesn't they are wrong. Good luck and enjoy !!!

@brunn757 Proviron ( mesterolone ) is very effective at restoring Free Biological Testosterone and reversing all low T symptoms but its only available in certain countries such as here in the UK. There is a trace mineral formula thats effective for guys as it has advanced potent ingredients in a balance that makes it effective for mens Hormones / Androgens...its by a supplement reputable supplement company called " Life Extension " and the trace mineral formula is called " Only Trace Minerals " . Trace minerals are very important and effective as well as potent, they will restore Strength and well-being and will help optimise the male hormone system ... most men don't realise the critical role Trace Minerals Play especially in male endocrine health... this mineral supplement has Zinc / Copper in ratio and added Boron . Boron effects SHBG and improves the powerful Free Testosterone which is responsible for masculinity, confidence, mood, libido, sexual function . In isolation its limited after several months but when trace minerals are together in a balanced formula then they are more potent and effective long term...innitially take daily then after a month or so just take every 2 or 3 days , off and on but regular, occasional alcohol is fine but regular alcohol is not good for Testosterone...

Great vid. Pumpkin seeds are great. I gather Zinc in pills absorb poorly. Eggs are super important for choline, for brain function. I don't take from my father's side of high triglycerides, but his doctor told him to quit cholesterol, and he had tyoe 2 diabetes. I slowly watched him slip into pre-dementia function. He died from pancreatic cancer fast. I feel like dropping the egg yolks was his death knell. Choline -> acetylcholine. So, beyond testosterone maintenance, ya.

Happily married 28 years and more than enjoying life with the Wife of my youth who is also my best friend. One thing i will never be no how matter how much stress we have to work through is - alone. It took God himself to teach me that ALL relationships take work but if done correctly and faithfully, give purpose and meaning and much needed personal growth. Anyone who has been married multiple times would be wise to look at the one common denominator in each of those failed relationships and ask God for help fixing it. That's what i did right before my wife and i almost divorced 21 years ago. Good healthy relationships make for a good healthy life - there are studies that prove that.

Eating eggs for cholesterol is not necessary over 50. Our bodies produce cholesterol on their and this production INCREASES with age.
Also methionine restriction helps, so don't go overboard with protein and stay away from high methionine proteins like beef and whey powder.
Just get your zinc, selenium, maca and exercise.

Did you know methionine decreases colorectal cancer? It also lowers tremors and Parkinson’s. It builds bone strength. It provides sulphur to the body. It helps the metabolism. Supports the immune system. It also supports neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, and melatonin and cell membranes. It also helps your connective tissues. It also helps absorbing nutrients to be used for energy. Did you know that high cholesterol levels especially people over 60 lived the longest?

Eat as healthy as you can but remember, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.'
Confess the Word of God out loud daily and see your entire life, health and everything else transform. Although it can be general, you will usually notice changes first, in the areas you focus on more specifically. Sometimes healing and transformation occur without you realizing as well.
