You're literally the only remnant channel that is actually useful imo. ADORE YOUR CONTENT. You deserve the support haha. Even your thumbnails are fire! keep it up
After 4 months youtube finally recommended one of your videos again, i wont forget to subscribe and im very happy to see your using your voice. Great work!
Thank you for still making content on this amazing game. I just came back to it after a year and a half ago (completed the campaign and have fond memories of that first playthrough) and I am having a blast again. Keep up the good work!
cool tip for the dungeon at 1:47 if you dont look at the walls nothing spawns so you can just look down and walk to the re-animators and take them down easily
Funny enough I actually ended up finding that out accidentally when I was playing solo back when I was playing the campaign. I was shocked when the enemies weren't spawning lmao.
@@WryHarpy yeah it's an Easter egg there's a book that says something along the lines of "don't look where the dead sleep" gunfire did an amazing job with remnant
Great video I've been looking for something that explains summons. Just started a couple of days ago so pretty early into the game. Thank you for the work.
I remember a guy who had a video that utilized the iron sentinel to build up crits and using a high-damaging weapon (shotguns for example) to add up the damage, it was like playing gunslinger engie in tf2! I used it for awhile but then I got addicted to using Bandit armor and the Chicago typewriter. Why have turrets that deal less damage when YOU can be turret and (possibly) deal more damage.
I had no idea good boy healed. That explains why I randomly started to regen after petting him... I pretty much pet him every time he sits down, since why not. I wonder if the heal lasts longer with cultist gear on?
I think very good boy could work fairly well with a hp regen build using the twisted set. The trinkets could be Galenic charm, Soul Link, and then the last ring could be something extra to throw in like Ezlan's band or spirit stone.
Question about Iron Sentinel: Does the character's crit chance have any influence on the turrets crit chance? What about the fire rate? Is the damage affected by Osseous' Bloodlust passive?
Crit chance for summons is based on the character's crit chance, the value seen on the advanced stats tab in your inventory. I don't believe fire rate buffs affect them, however I do think that the Osseous's set bonus does apply to enemies. An easy way to see would be to see if their shots increase with damage after each shot on a target.
Summons are a ton of fun! You can certainly run them on apocalypse, although their effectiveness will depend on which areas/bosses you use them in. Beckon and Iron Sentinel are both nice picks due to their ranged attacks. If you want to boost their damage as much as possible I'd recommend using the Labyrinth set along with galenic charm, and spirit stone. The last ring could be anything you want really. If you want survivability you could run soul link for the life steal on their attacks. If you wanted to do a melee/summons hybrid build the twisted set can help with that over labyrinth. Also if you do plan on using summons, I recommend not putting points into the blood bond trait. It diverts some damage you take to them, but on higher difficulties even a single hit to you can kill them due to their low hp pools. As for weapons those are up to personal preference. The shotgun is really good at building mod power should you wish to fight in close quarters.

If you're referring to the German Shepard seen in the Remnant 2 gunslinger trailer, I presume it will be revealed to us soon in another trailer! I wonder what that archetype will come with? 👀
is there an fov slider in the game orhave you done this with mods or by tweaking the game files? Btw did you put dying light music for the backround? if im correct then thats cool i have never heard dying light music as backround music in a not dying light related video!
Yeah it boosts their damage considerably. I am not sure if it's functional as a client in coop, as I have heard that many trinkets, mods, armors etc. don't entirely work there. But as a host/in single player it works wonders at buffing the damage of every summon.
You get seeker by performing the alternate kill on the iskal queen boss. When she floats towards you in phase 2 you need to stagger her and shoot one of the stalactites to fall down and impale her.

First time playing, thanks God I had the idea to have one Turret deal with Ixillis light orbs.
Excellent. Well done. Look forward to your take on the new mod. Cheers, Harry.

I very often encountering a bug when Good Boy just stuck after spawning in, so I switched him for Skullingtons. They are fun and helpful :>
I used to have good boy, and the skulls to explore the area, and change good boy by turrets in boss fights
and combined whit a item that doubles they time, example good boy last 60 seg, whit the item last 120 seg

Yeah the radiant set is pretty good with these guys since they can maintain your crit chance boost! And yeah bandit set + Typewriter is very fun!

That’s a good question, I am actually unsure if the buff timer can be extended by cultist/ the potency trait. I’ll look into it.
Seekers Seem Awesome, love the very good boy, gives good pets. Which one seems the best as a pet build, besides seeker?

Can you do a review of some of the existing player made mods that rebalance the game including some of the upcoming ones?
That is what I am hoping to do with the Remnant From Hell mod very soon! I will definitely check out the other rebalance mods as well!
Are there any good Builds that utilize Beckon? I'm thinking about making a Apocalypse Build centered around Summons?

I did use dying light music in the background! I love the soundtrack for that game so much. And yeah there is an fov slider in the video settings.
