- Remnant 1 From The Ashes - Solo Every Boss Fight & Every Combat Encounter Compilation - No Hits Taken / No Damage Taken - Apocalypse Difficulty / Highest Max Difficulty - Both DLCs Included. Just a very long compilation video showing all of the boss fights and boss encounters / combat encounters being done solo, without taken damage, on the highest difficulty mode. Details and timestamps below.
What an absolutely brilliant game, which quickly became my favourite game of all time. This video is a culmination of my time spent playing through it all. Other than one or two fights that the recording didn't save, these are all my very first time beating these bosses in the game, and all of my own strategies. I went in completely blind and discovered everything myself. I started playing the game fresh on apocalypse difficulty, and set out to do all of the boss fights with no damage taken.
There's a mix between my fresh NG playthrough and followups after that, as I had to reroll the campaign for a second playthrough, and then fill in any bosses I was missing through adventure mode. So that's why you'll see some random gear and progression changes throughout the video and encounters. I also didn't know Remnant Save Manager was a thing until nearing the end of the Subject 2923 DLC... so I rerolled adventure mode a lot and manually found everything (which was painful).
I was originally going to leave it there, but I decided to add all the combat encounters that are available in the game to the video too. Some are pretty boring, but some are on par with boss fights (if not harder). I didn't put in certain side dungeons that are technically events like Fetid Pools / Circlet Hatchery, only for encounters that had specific encounter text akin to The Root Mother.
Overall I'm very happy to put together this video. The game was a refreshing challenge which I enjoyed a lot. Kind of sad to be finished with the game for now, but hopefully there's more to come, or hopefully Chronos Before The Ashes is just as good.

Allows me to run max settings at constant 60FPS while recording. Which is about all I need for now :)

I didn't know you played Remnant?! Just started playing this game again, although had to go from Nightmare to Hard. Game's tough
It's so fun to watch this after my second playthrough and realize I've barely seen half the bosses. Also this game on higher difficulties is pure pain. I couldn't get past the boss before the Gate Guardian and just restarted the game on normal again

Saw Aztecross's review of Remnant 2. I'd never heard of it, but it's looks so good! So, I bought Remnant 1 to start and have been loving it! I'm used to watching Eso's Destiny 2 solo videos and was thrilled to see he had done Remnant as well. Still the master, I see. After I've squeezed every ounce of fun out of R1, I'll buy R2. At least, that's the plan.
Sheesh good luck with that pal. Part of the fun is the replaying of it. Thinking you found all the secrets within a dungeon and then some rando shows you some wild new secret. Or even shows you ways to deal with bosses, enemies or tough encounters. They might have a secret weakness or break something for huge damage or stagger mechanics. To me the devs created a masterpiece to explore,loot and suffer. Eso makes it look easy while being a demigod, for at least 90% players Apocalypse is literally impossible.

insane. It's my worst fight early on. This is one fight that is easier with a freind. Solo I find it really hard once the boss splits into 8..
I was treating that boss like Four Kings in Dark Souls, trying to kill the earlier clones before more spawned. I didn't realize that as long as you stop them healing more clones is a major blessing to taking him down fast.

Yo man :) great skills and sweet sweet boss kills. I beat apocalypse with my friends not long ago myself. And i must say this game is way harder in coop with at least one person. When iam looking at "The Risen" for example... you have no units there that are chasing you :P or the ixillis spawning only couple projectiles ^^ this is funny to watch how game can be easyer for one player. BUT STILL RESPECT FOR NO HIT FULL BOSS RUN! cheers mate!

If you didnt played yet i recomment you Darksiders 3 since it has difficulties like a soul game (or worse even xD)
Well done I really loved this game so I finished it 2 times in my second run I used the default shotgun and pistol in the whole game XD which made the game way easier for me although I used hardest difficulty but it seems like the default weapons were the best for any boss

I love Remnant too, I discover this game a little bit later on, but I love so much now. I'm so hyped up for the Remnant II. Also love Destiny 2. Gameplay wise, you make it easy, awesome
He could’ve gave himself a half health Ixillis or instant killed the Queen but still took them on full strength , insane

Out of all of the bosses. Which couple of them would you say took you the most tries or they were the hardest to no hit?
Scourge was the hardest by far to no hit in my opinion. Outside of that there wasn't too many that really stood out in difficulty other than Iskal Queen. The Root Mother was surprisingly hard too, but that's more of an encounter than boss.
What do recommend for weapons for the first time player should upgrade your repeater ?what traits should you work on first how did you start this game tips please?

the iskal queen was so hard to kill for me even after learning all her attacks. literally took me like 5 hours of fighting her to finally kill her. was super fun though

Wondering why you used the two summons and not the turrets for this fight? Or even swarm?

Two questions:
1. Is there any way to consistently prevent the Harrow from leaving the fight and calling the lurkers & ghasts? Here you stood right in front of his escape exit and triggered a slashing animation - was it by chance or intentional?
2. How come you prefer the _Seed Caller_ (summoning 2 Root Hollows) weapon mod instead of _Beckon_ (2 Wasteland Skulls)?
Aren't the Hollows easier to be hit by your own fire?
Harrow leaving the fight is scripted, he's meant to do that, so I think Eso messed up his path finding by doing that specific trigger action. Also root hollows deal 10 more damage than wasteland skulls, but I think he used it because he's more used to it, plus you can get seed caller earlier. Hope that helped

Game scales with coop. Sometimes it is easier fighting solo. Boss health & number of ads increase with coop. However, take nothing away from this dude's skill. The best make it look easier than it is....

Is it possible to dodge some of those attacks? I try to roll every time like that, but I'm still getting hit during the roll. Always. I don't understand how it's possible not to get hit.

No we would get returned to the main menu while loading
Will you do alt kills. Unclean one had an alt kill where if you sneak around the right corner when you enter his room, you can go downstairs and hide in a jar, and then it’s a different fight and you get a different reward, for example. Most world bosses and some dungeon bosses have alt kills
I had the alt kill of The Unclean One in this video, but I don't think I'll bother with the rest, at least for now. They just seemed to be killing them in different ways which didn't change the fight too much (I did most of them while rerolling for bosses), so I didn't bother saving or uploading those in the end. Who knows, might go back for them one day for videos, but the only one I included was The Unclean One here.

Ok so I’ve got a question: that first boss, how come you never had one of those pink things appear right behind you and take half your health away? I am forever running into the damn things and there’s always 3 of them?! And secondary question: why are you not taking damage from the boss? It looks like he’s hitting you?!
Gorefist is probably the easiest boss for predicting this and that.
when you role you have some time immune so even if the ability "hits" you you are safe

Is apocalyps NG+? I can only find Normal, Hard and Hardcore.

Edit: Abyss watchers is no more. I have a feeling deacons are gonna be a nightmare doing no hits.
use alluring skulls for the deacons. that makes it easier

this is not apocalypse difficulty even on nightmare with those guns fully upgraded and that shot gun deals almost 300 dmg per shot you still cant even see the chunk and it takes an ammo crate or two along with picking up the ammo and utalizing both weapons ammo maxes
Okay, I'm confused. I felt like i explored every single corner, and yet it seems that i've missed like 2/3 of all bosses. How does that even happen? I'm really confused
when you reroll your campaign you have a chance at encountering different bosses, or you can just reroll in adventure mode
He re rolled to get some bosses. as multiple bosses can spawn in one place, just on different world rolls. So re roll your world, and you should get different bosses
I played it in Nighmare mode with max lvl wep and it does not do that much dmg. Would think that Apocalypse would do even less dmg.
He is using damage increaser armor and rings the damage increase he gets likly be 75%

I mean, he's playing on Apocalypse difficulty, I don't think anyone would want to use that as a starting difficulty anyway.
This was actually on a fresh playthrough, so the builds weren't OP or anything. Due to how the game works obviously you can't get every single encounter in a single playthrough, so you have to use adventure mode and rerolling to get the missing ones later on. Why is The Risen fight different for me on hard mode? FAR more enemies spawn in than in this video, where he's allegedly playing on nightmare difficult. None of the enemies give a flying fuck that he's there, and I don't see even 20% of the teleporting guys in your game that I had in mine. This must've glitched on you and threw you into supreme baby EZ mode, because you had nothing to fight against there. It was almost cute, watching you run around unimpeded and not have 5 enemies spawn on you every 20 seconds like the way it is now...
