Rent a mobile home.... before buying.
U may appreciate the soundness of a condo.
The expenses to replace anything in an Old... trailer never stops.😢
It's not a home... like real walls...vs sidings.
How much room ? Well less housekeeping... living comfortably is the need.😊. Ann

it's not a park...it's a "community" of Mobile Homes, Monte Del Sol...there are only 2 other homes for sale in that area....the best thing to do is contact a realter in Laughlin for the listings.
