    Thank you for this! I’ve been dealing with severe sciatic pain intermittently for a month now. I’ve tried many stretches, exercises, and treatments and I now have to have an MRI to actually see what’s going on :/ I’m somewhat nervous about it all, as I’ve never dealt with this before. As a personal trainer, it’s been somewhat debilitating to try and work. I’m so frustrated and DONE with it lol
    Just wanted to thank you for posting these. I’ll try just this set today and see what happens!

    For the past month I've had sharp discomfort under my left knee and then to the left side of my knee. The sciatica issue in my left leg seems to be easing up.. nowhere like it was last month, but every now and then I still feel the sharp on and off again knee pain..not as bad though as it was. Going to try your suggestions.
