Hey
And with less than a sit up a day you to can have an abb like this😊
Hi
I feel called out on my neck for this. Wtf youtubes
Someone better go hand in their qualification
He meant 'overactive*
Does it include dumbbell press?
Do the rhomboids become overdeveloped or simply overactive? To tight. Overly tonic. I believe they call this S.I.C.K. Scapula. This almost always comes with overactive upper traps and levators.
Overactive my friend. Never overdeveloped unless u take steroids or train them for 15+ years(constantly pushin with efficient stimulus that is) which is tbh impossible 😂
Thank you for your comment and for bringing up an important distinction. It's true that rhomboids can become overactive, especially in conditions like S.I.C.K. scapula, which stands for Scapular Malposition, Inferior medial border prominence, Coracoid pain and malposition, and dysKinesis of scapular movement. Overactivity of the rhomboids can contribute to these issues. However, my point was focused on how certain exercises, such as pushups, seated rows, and bench presses, can lead to the overdevelopment of the rhomboids if not balanced with exercises that strengthen the serratus anterior. I guess it comes down to the saying, “it depends”. Ha.
@@RehabGuy I remember learning in kinesiology class that the rhomboids and the serratus are kinda like opposing muscles but also can pick up each other's slack if imbalance exists. It was hard to fully grasp them and still now fuzzy. I guess this is the environment that you are referring to. Looking forward to more videos.
Me lmfao

wow, I'm wondering how to stretch my upper back for a while. I'm gonna add this to my routine now thanks ☺️
Glad it helped!
Good way to worsen your symptoms, if you have herniated discs. Stretches / extensions always add pressure to herniation and lead to additional irritations and pain. So DONT do it...
Movements that most of us do every day 😂😂😂 ffs 🙄
😂😂 what you a third year medical student 😂😂😂😂
How many reps tbo?
Great question! 10-15 reps with 5 second holds is a great place to start!

Far better with a resistant band
With no discomfort and great form, resistance bands are a great progression!
