If you (for some reason) don't have enough money or not allowed to get Wallpaper Engine you can get something VERY similar to it called Lively. You can get it off of their website or the Microsoft store.

u can basically do everything in wallpaper enigne wich rainmeter does... i think rainmeter is just css and html..
