    食譜/RECIPE:
    Preparation Time : 5 minutes
    Cooking Time. : 10 minutes
    【Ingredients】:
    * Cod fish 200g
    * Spring onion appropriate
    * Ginger 30g
    * Garlic x5
    * Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    * Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
    【Preparation & Cooking】:
    ❶ Clean the fish and pat dry. Sprinkle salt on both sides
    ❷ Chop garlic finely. Peel ginger and cut into thin strips
    ❸ Cut spring onion into thin silken threads. Soak in ice water for 5 minutes to make it curl
    ❹ Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok and stir-fry garlic and ginger strips until fragrant. Set aside
    ❺ Heat up the wok with enough water for steaming. Wait for water to boil. As soon as it boils, place your fish into the wok. Cover your wok tightly and steam for 6 minutes
    ❻ Discard the fishy and cloudy fish “water” after steaming
    ❼ Pour the hot oil with fried ginger strips and garlic over the steamed fish. Add soy and oyster sauce.
    ❽ Steam for another 2 minutes
    ❾ Garnish curled spring onion on top of steamed fish

    【材料】:
    * 鱈魚 200g
    * 蔥 適量
    * 姜30g
    * 蒜 x5
    * 醬油 2 tbsp
    * 蠔油 1 tbsp
    【烹飪步驟】:
    ❶ 鱈魚清洗乾淨後,兩邊抹上鹽。
    ❷ 把蒜切容。姜去皮,切絲。
    ❸ 將蔥切成細條。將蔥絲放入一碗冰5分鐘 (蔥絲會因此捲曲)
    ❹ 把2 tbsp 油倒入熱鍋,爆香蒜蓉及薑絲。備用
    ❺ 鍋里加水燒開,將魚入鍋,猛火蒸6分鐘
    ❻ 魚起鍋後,倒掉蒸魚出的湯汁。去腥味
    ❼ 蒸好的魚上面鋪上爆香的蒜蓉薑絲油,加上醬油蠔油
    ❽ 再以猛火蒸2分鐘
    ❾ 蒸好的魚上面鋪上捲曲的蔥絲即可

    I tried this recipe and the taste was very impressive. Compared to the roast way of cooking Codfish, this stream-way recipe results in not only less oily and more tasty Codfish, but also easier cooking steps and less fish cooking smell in the room.
