    I have been doing this exercise for sevaral years on my physiotheapist advice.after watching your vedio only I came to know this is hethubanda asana or bridge post and I greatfull to you since now l can perform this exercise more benificially as per the principals of yogic practice that you have demonstrated very meaningfully . recently l watched your vedio specially suited to senior citizons .l failed to findit in your dis. box to see it again. very thankfull for your yogic lessons including pranayamas which were helpfull for beginers Namasthe madam
