It still hurts to know there will never be any more Sean, no one comes close to his humour.
totally agree, I have not been able watch him because it makes me so sad. The last one I was able to watch with him in it all the time was just months before he died. He seemed spaced out, probably from pain killers. Was funny but no sparkle. It was heartbreaking.

@@PetroicaRodinogaster264 it is difficult to lose a legend like Sean but he was all about the laughs, I don't speak from personal experience regarding Sean as I obviously never met or knew him, but his legacy is the joy and laughter he brought to us all. I'm sure we are all familiar with loss, some more than others, but I can't imagine he would advocate abstinence from his legacy just because he isn't with us anymore. In fact, the best way to honour the life of Sean is to keep watching and laugh along with him.
I challenge anyone to watch the two 'Carrot in a box' scenes and not laugh and remember his unique genius fondly. Few of us ever get to leave a legacy at all, but rarer still are those who leave one that a whole nation treasures.

One good reason to like the internet. If not for the internet, we Americans would probably never have even heard of Sean. Indeed, the internet has opened up the gold mine that is British comedy for all the world. I for one, am eternally grateful. R.I.P. Sean Lock.
We got it up here in canuckistan if you visit often you'll catch it occasionally. Moreso back in the day(80's). We had half Brit channels and shows. I grew up on it.

It was not just incredible to hear Sean's jokes but also to see when he laughed at other comics. If anyone got Sean laughing - to me, they had succeeded! You are missed, Sean! 💐
The Vegas gag on the nose is a classic.

On a similar note, Peter Serafinowicz's "I don't think that's any of your business Jimmy". Anything that has Sean holding his sides in laughter is pure gold

Sean is the only celebrity i will miss. The time he went seal clubbing is probably the best story i have heard, taken strait out of nowhere. First time i watched that i thought i was gona choke, i laught so hard everything was hurting 😂 rest in peace Sean

@@martybhoy72 there is many of his like that when you go way back. Him and Joe with the deadpan additions to people's sentences are classic as well. I do adore that viking based challenging wank one though too.
David Mitchell perfectly boiling down the concept that text is image was the best moment; as a Graphic Design dropout I loved that and I completely agree with that point of view.

@Reo Sho I'm sure they do, it's just that the way he looked at Sean felt a bit like he was acting something out and I couldn't figure out what it was.
Rhod also does that look when he is trying to stay in moody character mode and has found something funny
I actually think he doesn't appreciate dirty humor. He doesn't like it. I've noticed that he always seems to be ignoring them when they start making graphic references.
