Thanks so much. One of my monitors in the office had one of these stuck in it despite it being on an arm and it had been driving me crazy for like two years!
I wish I took the 20 seconds it took to find this helpful, quick video a couple weeks ago. Thank you, It was driving me nuts! It worked for my Dell E1916Hf also.
Good video Naveen, it really helped me. I removed the stand so it can lean the monitor vertically against the wall on my desk, so I can easily browse whole pages, or have two screens vertically. Thanks!! I also wish I could find a stand that keeps the monitor vertically.... I know, it sounds weird, but it works for me.
THANK YOU for this video. I was having a panic attack trying to pack work equipment and Dell does NOT include instructions on how to take the thing apart!
This applies for most of the DELL monitors having the similar risers ours was 52721HN. If it’s too tight use the back of the spoon and add a little pressure it comes off.
Thank you for this public service. 😅 I didn't anticipate needing such a tool to pack up my office, and my basic screwdriver was too thick. I had to use a random medical tool I just happened to have on hand. 😂
thanks man , i were about to break my monitor pulling out this stand
Hahahaha I also want throw away my monitor
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Phew good thing i watched this, was about to pull that b..... out
Hahaha, I was also about to do the same and I am glad I found this video
Seriously though!! Thank goodness for this guy
Thank you for posting this. Dell makes this needlessly obscure, and the manual is silent on how to do this.
Worked flawlessly! Manufacturers have to make these things so obscure that it's never easy to figure out.
Love when videos are straight forward and quick to the point. Thank you!
Thank you! Very important part of the process is the slight wiggle of the stand, left and right while pulling.
Very true!!!!!❤
Thanks a lot dude exactly what I was looking for to pack my Dell SE2719H !!
