I got an amazing prized possession in the mail!!! I cried for about a half hour!!! President Jimmy Carter sent me an autographed book! I adore him so much! I just thought this was crazy and cool for anyone that wanted to know some Froggy Family info. Mrsfroggyflips loves President Carter because of his humanitarian efforts and his heart! He’s 98 and still does so much for our world!

I wanted to a humanitarian and do something good for others. I wanted to find my calling. I went to nursing school and got through my junior year and my multiple sclerosis exacerbated in the form of optic neuritis in both eyes and cognitively. I didn’t know that day-finals, that I would be experiencing such issues. Unfortunately IU has very high standards and a C is failing-You cannot fail 2 or you fail out of nursing school. I unfortunately failed 2. I believe that being a junior was a great achievement and I met amazing people while I was there and on my next journey! I am thankful for all of my missteps and new paths that have led me to new places! There is so much love from this channel and I love reading all of your comments!!!! All of you guys are loved!!!!! Decipher Games came out with the Star Wars CCG. They also did Star Trek. I must have 50 (or more) unopened boxes, along with singles, sets, etc. in my garage. I write reviews and I stuck them out there, still sealed. I almost sold them a year ago to a company online but they wanted me to ship them to them at my cost and once they got them they would verify them and then send me the money. Can you say, "No way!" They offered me $15,000 which is a fraction of what they are worth. A few of the unopened boxes are worth close to $8,000 to $10,000 per box.

Timing really is everything, Some of my best finds have been at the end of the day right as they were about to close up shop. Love finding cool stuff at yard sales.
Wow timex display case here in the UK a lot of vintage timex collectors ,would chew your arm off for that case ,timex mostly cheap in the USA but here in the UK they sell for big bucks especially the rarer ones have a great day greetings from Aberdeen Scotland

I live in the boondocks so it's hard to come across yard sales. Most people don't have time for them, just donate to thrift stores. The thrift and consignment shops are really cool, though. Got some folks looking for goosebumps books for my sons.
I could never remember the name of the car set I had as a kid. I had a Switch N Go Batman set when I was a kid. Never knew what happened to it, I just loved that thing.

I used to have a white porche 9/11 scalextric car that had the light up lights. My Dad bought me it back in the mid 80's. He was obsessed with 9/11's though. The first, new transformer I ever got was also a white porche 9/11. I'm not sure what happened to it TBH, probably got passed down to cousins or something. Might still be in my attic though.
One thing I am always on the look for is the game Dark Tower from the 80s absolute great game for its time. I’ve seen a few complete sets online for thousands of dollars but it would be fun to find one of those

Finally bought some SW:CCG! I used to play the hell out of that game. Cloud city and Jabbas palace set cards will be worth little, since there was a ton of that printed and given out for free. Try posting on the swccg forums. They will fill you in on how to sell it. People still play the game and new cards are still created by the community.

the first slot car track i ever owned came from a yard sale when i was 6 years old in 1988. i was out at our cottage for the summer being pulled along from yard sale to yard sale with my mother and grandmother. i was always allowed to spend 5 dollars on anything i wanted. someone had a huge tyco set for sale. the one with 2 loops. i had never owned a slot car set and figured it would be something new to play with while i was out at the lake all summer. the problem was the cost. the lady wanted 10 dollars for the track and the cars. my mother said it was more than the money i had. my grandmother came through and talked the lady down to 6 dollars. i remember the woman saying "we have some more cars if you want them". i said yes yes yes yes......out came a box with over 20 cars. she just gave them to me. i played with that track all summer. for hours at a time. i ended up wearing out the shoes on most of the cars..for the longest time i held onto the cars and kept them in a box. i always try to remember what i did with the shoe box that had all of those slot cars in it. to this day i have no idea. i remember 3 or 4 of them having a metal body and the date being from the 60's. as a kid i used to think "these were made 20 years before i was born".

I tend to avoid bulk cards from garage sales with sellers who are collectors themselves just because they tend to know what the valuable cards are; and tend to pull them out. But you did pretty well regardless.
Good stuff! That muscle game is really rare! Your so much like me but, I do not do a youtube on my flips. People would not believe the prices I buy stuff for all the time. You know your shxt just like me. I always have my phone but, rarely need to look up values. Yard sales here in Omaha are completely dead now because of temps. Great finds man! Love the channel!

I tend to avoid bulk cards from garage sales with sellers who are collectors themselves just because they tend to know what the valuable cards are; and tend to pull them out. But you did pretty well regardless.

Good stuff! That muscle game is really rare! Your so much like me but, I do not do a youtube on my flips. People would not believe the prices I buy stuff for all the time. You know your shxt just like me. I always have my phone but, rarely need to look up values. Yard sales here in Omaha are completely dead now because of temps. Great finds man! Love the channel!
