You’re wrong about alternate universe Rohan being in hot summer Martha. In the chapter you can see the old motion logo (The one with the circle on top, the new universe has a crown on top). So the only drip painting style can be alternate universe Rohan, because we don’t see a motion logo in that chapter.
I think the Rohan we see in Drip Painting and Hot Summer Martha is also the Rohan from the OG time-line. It could really just be as simple as both Rohans having a dog with the same name and having the same stand. I don't think it's anymore complicated than that imo.

So yeah, they're clearly 2 different realities (and probably 2 different Rohans imo).
