Hi Sandy! I came for the advice on loose and achy CMC joints, and I stayed for the advice on that one other thing! :) Thank you so much for the intelligent conversation and the open-minded discourse. Hubby and I are home recovering from that one thing (I can't taste my coffee today), and the best nasal spray options I've seen here in the states are ones with povidone iodine. We'll definitely look into the one with NO. Thanks!
@@SandysDIYHealthAdvocacy Aw, thank you! Funny thing- I’m now on a LCHF diet for other issues, and the thumbs are a little less inflamed! I think surgery may still be in my future, but they’re ok for the moment. 😃
Thanks as always for the information. I've decided to give the Enovid Nitric Oxide Nasal Spray a try after reading about it on various websites. I view it as a little extra protection and will still wear an appropriate mask in any indoor space outside of my residence.
I've been mostly wearing my DNA masks because I get a very good fit and they are comfortable. But two days ago I saw that Lloyd Armbrust had tested one and it only filtered at 42%. Of course it was a single mask sent by someone but appeared to be new. I've read the lab tests that DNA had done initially and they were right around 98.5% and they were using .01 micron sized particles. So now I don't know for sure that my DNA masks offer good protection or not.
I use the same criteria for deciding which mitigation measures I choose. I must be extremely careful because I already have immune disease-caused neurological damage and dysphasia, CNS and obstructive sleep apnea, heart valve disease, and progressive restrictive lung disease.
I'm almost shocked to hear someone talking about actually trying to avoid getting covid. Practically everyone has moved on to saying that "we have the tools" when in fact the tools are largely ineffective against long covid and other long-term complications. As someone who already has an incurable neurological condition before the age of 50, I take the threat of covid very seriously.
They moved on because they don't have the stamina they just aren't capable anymore to continue to fight so they gave up under the guise that it doesn't matter anymore
My go-to mask is the 3M Aura 9205+ N95. I recently visited someone in the hospital, and the doctor was also wearing a 3M Aura. I think the only difference is that the medical version is fluid resistant, in case they are splashed by fluid/blood.
The NO spray is very encouraging. I've been using Biocidin products, and, although impossible to confirm, I believe their liposomal formulas have killed the virus when I've had symptoms. I use two pumps of the LSF formula orally and five drops of the original or LSF formula in a saline nasal rinse as soon as I return home if I feel I've been in a compromising environment.
It would be interesting to know how you and others are planning to travel safely, or if anyone has, what the experience was like. Maybe a topic for a new video!
What can you say to that ignorant person who approached you at the get together? I wish they would have told my four dead relatives and Friends how covid isn't that bad and my other friends with long covid. They they all would still be alive if they could have met that person.
I've been following the Facebook group for awhile, and I haven't seen anything about the Israeli source for purchasing product. Can you give me more direction?

Hi Cara. I wish you both a full and speedy recovery. And how are the thumbs?

good for you. I keep thinking that those of us who act that way will be happy in the end that we did so.

I wonder how good neem mouthwash is that's what I've been using after I ran out of the Xylitol
