❤🎉. Vinegar helps with so many life hacks. Thanks for sharing. I will always enjoy your channel. I feel stuck in Covid paranoia, and feel in time I will re-enter some kind of normalcy. I have more trouble dealing with my brain chatter, so I put on my mask and gloves at the grocery store or doctor’s office to shut the chatter. In the grocery store the other day I was passing a man who was talking to an employee complaining about how horrible he was feeling with his Covid symptoms, his mask, under his chin. He was in my 70’s age group. This was one time chatter in my head was relieved I had my N95 on. 😂my life is quite dull right now.
Sandy, you're so sweet! I forgot I was subscribed to you, I found your videos early in covid when I was trying to find the best masks. I went through and watched some of your more recent vids and I've really enjoyed them. I hope you're doing well! :)
I like the Facebook page~life changes, and after a big event like COVID it's bound to be further change finding our pace these days. whew, so glad that you still have this channel, whatever the topic! (Advocating for our own health, one topic at a time.)
I appreciate you logging your experience with reducing mitigation and getting covid. My husband and I have been super careful and are basically the only ones in our family and community still masking. But after finding out about enovid and hearing your experience, we have started unmasking gradually which was a very big step for us. Also, I would be interested in the ceramic nonstick cookware. I am wanting to be more conscious about chemicals and use more natural things, but I haven’t done any research in cookware.
Thanks for the video. I was wondering why you do not mention that you took Paxlovid and both you and your husband saw symptom decreases after taking it. There may be some that are still leery of Paxlovid and it may help them to decide to take it after hearing how well it worked for you. Thanks again for the video.
I had not been on the Facebook page lately at all, yes folks were "digging in" on there and in general I have backed way off of Facebook since the beginning of 2023. I posted comments I thought might help others, but I am sorry you had some trouble with it. I have always gotten a lot out of your videos, thank you so much!
Thank you for your candid videos and sharing your experience. I have read that getting Covid multiple times will wear down your immune system, similar to pneumonia. Do you have any thoughts on this? Any thoughts on RSV? Will you get that vaccine? Thanks.
I'm not sure if I'll get the RSV vaccine. As for getting covid multiple times, I'm sure that isn't good, but I'd also bet it depends on many factors (are u immune competent, how long ago was the previous infection, have u been vaxxed and boosted,...). At this time, I think it's nearly impossible to pick it all apart
@@mariannetracy4248 I'm not getting that one, at least not for now. RSV has been around forever. There's no telling if/when/how many times I've had it.
Hi Sandy, a new subscriber here. Where can I purchase the Enovid spray please? I couldn’t find it on my search. I recently contracted Covid although mild but the pos Covid issues still lingers. I felt I should try the Nitric Oxide see if it could help plus the flu virus is going around as well. Thank you Sandy.
Those sunglasses are so cute on you!!!!!!!! So glad you are still happy with your decisions and are healthy. I have taken some step backwards since it's surging here in LA, so I love hearing that you are still out there & thriving.

I did talk about Paxlovid (and said I was taking it) in my video series documenting my bout with covid
Sandy, any concerns about the long term use of enovid?
I don't have any
