- I am about 8 weeks out from a full garden so it is time to start Tomatoes and eggplants, here is what I'm growing.
I garden in zone 5b - 6a in southeast Nebraska.

It has been my experience that 10
plants per person is just about right.

Oo that is good to know. I’m always going a bit crazy with my plants but the 10 to 1 makes a lot of sense.
Good video. My only concern is the large amount of plastic, I get that these are more robust items and so should last a while, but something still unsettles me about so much plastic.
I can see that concern and limiting plastic use is a goal I have in a large part of my life. I also recognize that other methods are not always realistic for me at the moment so I've tried to make the best decision I can by going with something I will be using for years and years and years.
