17 I'd agree with you on. But not, 16. (b) and (c) use words that are not actual words, and (a) doesn't have a contraction, so it can only be (d)

@@Nick-ux7zt 17 is clearly C the correct option, B and D don´t use the word "have" and A is would be correct if the "Paris last year" had a coma after Paris, otherwise is just incorrect grammar
