2024 and still watching all your videos! These pancakes are amazing!! I’ll be making them tomorrow morning! Thank you 🙏🏻
These look so good. Thank you Jenny.
Hi Jenny. It is Sept 17 2020 and I am watching your video for the first time. I absolutely love how u made these homeade blueberry pancakes. I will be making these this weekend. Love your channel by the way.
These are so good, with or without blueberries!!! I make them all the time. I have made them so much, I don't need to look at the recipe. I never buy buttermilk, I just add a big Tbls of either fresh lemon juice or white vinegar to my milk.
She is adorable 😭🌹
It’s getting chilly and I don’t care how old these vids are I still have fun getting inspired, thank you😍
You are so down to earth and fun to watch! I also love how you share small helpful details, and delicious yet simple recipes. You have a new fan. :)!
we made them this morning for breakfast ... omg best freaking pancakes ... never going back to store bought box pancake mix
Just had for lunch. They turned out beautifully, so easy. Thanx Jenny
made it this morning. Texture was perfect, so fluffy and tender, only one thing, i would really recommend to add 1 or 2 tbsp of sugar to the recipe to cover up the baking soda-baking powder flavor. I followed the original recipe, and i ended up pouring A LOT OF maple syrup on my pancakes, and i don't even have a sweet tooth. Still, they were delicious and the fluffiest pancakes I've ever eaten, so thank you Jenny!
should I reduce the amt of baking soda or baking-baking powder measurement?
@@angelovelarose3587 No, definitely not. That’s what makes these pancakes 🥞 so fluffy. I made these this morning, and they were wonderful; I couldn’t taste the baking soda or baking powder, but I would definitely add a pinch of salt and 2-3 teaspoons of sugar. (Perhaps a little more - I’m going to start with 3 teaspoons (1 Tblsp) of sugar and see if that amount is enough.)
@@mariannesouza8326 thanks
Jenny is a Wonderful Cook ... everything I've cooked from her recipes came out absolutely Perfect
I love your kitchen...love the way it's set up. It's so perfect and comfortable...
I made these last nite and theyre delicious.Thank you Jenny! :)
Thanks so much for sharing your recipe. My family’s new favorite!
I've never tried making them unless they came out of the box for convenience, I'll really have to try it this way. Thanks Jenny
Salivating at the sight of them Jenny. Can't wait to make them. Thanks for this.
Best pancakes ever!! I make these so often, I know the recipe by heart. 😘😘
Came out soo good!! Thank you!
Thank you! These look delicious and super simple to make.
The beginning caught me way off guard. haha.
y2kbug77 yes indeed! 😂😂
y2kbug77 seriously 😳🤣🤦🏾♂️
y2kbug77 hahaha me too!!
y2kbug77 lmao same!
Me toooo! Lol 6 years later
I am so excited to have found this and the biscuit recipes. Perfect excuse to go to the market and get the flours and buttermilk that I need
This is Super yummy! And so easy to make 👏🏻
They were amazing.I used 1 tablespoon of vinegar in the milk as I had no buttermilk.
I keep a container of Saco Cultured Powdered Buttermilk Blend powder around. Don't have to buy buttermilk when I need it.
I made these this morning and my husband said they were the best pancakes and told me to save the recipe. Pancakes seem easy, but they really are not. I added a teaspoon of vanilla to the liquids.
Best pancakes ever!! Great recipe! This is our recipe now, whenever we want pancakes! Thank you for sharing your recipes!!
That's the same recipe I've been blowing people away with for decades! But I go all out and use melted butter v. oil and add a bit of sugar. There's no need for box pancakes when you can make them fresh. I always have buttermilk in fridge.. it lasts way past exp. date too. Love Jenny's videos - she makes food prep fun!
Nothing better then homeade blueberry pancakes. Never liked using the box. But you make it seem easy like from a box reciepe . Love how you cook
Ok I was not ready for the would you rather? 😂
Thank you sooo much Jenny. I always enjoy watching your cooking vidoes.
I didn't no they was that easy to make, thanks for sharing I love blue berry pancakes
Jenny can not only cook. Jenny is cool.
I just cooked my own batch and I just tried it! It tastes delicious!!!!
Hi Jenny...love watching your videos....never a dull moment...easy simple receipt...
I absolutely love your sense of humor!
That you for the great demonstration, I am going to make some thank you so much
I make these all the time, my grandkids love them. I know this recipe by heart, but I add a tsp of monkfruit sweetener or sugar and a tsp vanilla and the kids prefer no berries. So darn good.
Looks so good! I love making pancakes in my cast-iron skillet. I use bacon fat to grease up the skillet. Delicious!
These r amazing! Only had gluten free flour and works too! I just had to add a bit more flour. AMAZING! Everyone requested I make them the next day too!
Very good pancakes and the recipe...
i'm going to try them right now. I've already made your homemade tortillas, cinnamon buns and hash browns :D they were all great!!
kawaiipeach i loved them!!!!!! i'm sticking to this recipe from now on!
Yessss 😋😋 the tortilla were delish
Hi Jenny. Wow! I love this! Where can I get the electric griddle?
Those pancakes look freakin’ amazing!!
Thank you for this recipe. I made it this morning and added 1 mashed banana, cream cheese and honey instead if blueberry. So good!
I love all your recipes
Loved it! Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Hello, from HOUSTON,TEXAS, I just found this video on the blueberry pancakes, oh my gosh I'm cooking these, than you for sharing!!! GOD BLESS
I like that you're generous with the pancake size! Your ingredients and proportions are exactly the same as the recipe I recently discovered! (I think it was originally created by Land O' Lakes or some other dairy.) The buttermilk really does make the fluffiest pancakes. I'm tempted to get an electric raclette/griddle because I finally can make airy pancakes at home.
I do use a mix called Kodiak Flapjacks when I go skiing or camping as it only requires the addition of water. It's made from whole grain wheat and oats and has powdered buttermilk & egg white in it. It's very good for such a low-fat convenience product.
These are similar to our family’s recipe except that one feeds 14 people! I’ll be making these this weekend!
I love you Jenny! You really make it fun and easy to bake.👍👍
Had some buttermilk to use up and made these plain without the blueberries. Wow. So quick and easy to make. Easily the pancakes I’ve ever had!
I love your no nonsense approach 😍
Hi Jenny! Can I use frozen blueberries? Thank you!
Just found you on here, good recipes. Just made this these morning! Love you Jenny!
Oh wow. This looks easy enough for me to make. Lol. Gotta try it tomorrow. Could I use whole milk instead of butter milk?
Thanks for the recipe. Yummy!
I love your cooking.
Very good 👍 I will try
My cat chooses the sardine omlete!
Sardine omelets can be good, but those blueberry pancakes are mouth watering.
They look so fluffy and thick amazing

Aweee Thank you so very much - these look delicious - i'm going to make them for a surprise breakfast tomorrow. :)

I need these measuring cups 💕 love your videos
Just wonderful. I enjoy you just as much this way as I did your show. Maybe better. Love your homey, inviting kitchen. Thank you.
You are a hoot! The pancakes were a smash hit!
Amazing! Can you use this with chocolate chips?
+Jiggilababiggila Guy Yes, you can make chocolate chip pancakes with this recipe.
+Jenny Can Cook thank you! :)
Hi Jenny, I really love your pancake recipe.
I noticed you use oven mitts in one of your episodes. Can you recommend some really great oven mitts? I have two that are good but they need to be replaced. The newer ones don't seem to protect too well against the heat.
+Louis Ciola The oven mitts I like the best are my old Ove Glove but I don't see them at the stores any more.
Yes, nice stack. Or is it rack? I'm not here to judge.
Actually, the recipe is great. I used honey-crisp apples.
@@malakingdude sounds delicious love apples did you have to cook the apples at all to soften them up a bit or just add to the batter 😃 ???
I made them with 3/4 c whole wheat reg flour, 1/4 c all purpose flour, 2 eggs, 3/4 c yogurt, 1/4 c milk. Turned out so fluffy.
Approved by my son❤️
I like your humor
wow thank you for your recipes..

these look delicious
Hi I'm new here love the recipes I've seen so far it's so nice to see somebody full of life and love and intelligent. Your food looks yummy I think I'm in love
LOVE!!!
HI Jenny..just want to say I really enjoy your videos! And this one made me want pancakes so bad that I'm thinking of microwaving the homemade ones I have stored in my freezer lol I just hope they're not freezer burnt :D Question: How long can buttermilk be stored in the fridge? I never seem to have any on hand for these great recipes because I worry it will go bad before I can use it all. Subbed!! :)
That's the big question: How can you tell when buttermilk goes bad? I have a few thoughts on that. For people who drink buttermilk I would not keep it much past the expiration date. But for baking (and buttermilk is great for baking!) I've kept mine for 2 and 3 weeks past the expiration date. I know buttermilk is kind of lumpy but when it goes bad, it gets seriously lumpy... and it also starts to smell funky. So I make my baking-with-buttermilk decisions based on 3 things: expiration date; lumpiness; and smell.... just common sense I guess. My dad said I used to drink it but I think he was lying... :)
Renee Rice i replaced the buttermilk with regular milk plus lemon juice and the pancakes turned out great. You could try that so you don't have to buy buttermilk
yum...and I'm not talking about the pancakes.
Union_Yagow ewww
Weeerriiddoooo
Great looking stack of flap jacks!!
Oh my goodness they are some thick ones yummy need to make this recipe
Thank you so much. .this video was so helpful
excellent
Does this work with normal milk too?
Instead of oil, can you use something else? A 2nd egg? Sour cream? Yogurt? Butter?
Gorgeous pancake's ,thank's Jenny :)
Made the BBPC Sunday morn, much, much better than the boxed stuff (never again). Really easy & tasty, I used half & half instead of buttermilk & it seemed to work out fine. Thanks, Mike
Add 2 tsp of vanilla yummmmm
great job!!!
OMG, these were AMAZING
Hi there...using a spoon or an ice cream scooper may be helpful to scoop batter onto griddle...
After the batter is on the griddle then place the blueberries onto the uncooked side of the pancake one at a time...this will ensure all pancakes get the same amount of blueberries.
Regards from Sunny South Africa
She didn’t put any sugar or I missed it. Can I add sugar?
