This game was such a perfect Wolverine game. It have Hugh Jackman, real-time healing factor, a tremendously amount of gore, decent length, better story than the movie, great boss fights along with the classic suits. What more can a Wolvie fan ask from it? Lol.
Bro how did you get to the penultimate level of the game without knowing one of the very first mechanics that the game taught you? not only that but I can't believe that you actually struggled on the helicopter QTE
@@JohnCalum That's the truth. I was recently offered 100 bucks for my copy of Web of Shadows by a friend. I thought he was crazy, I was like "Just borrow it" Looked on eBay and yep, it's going for more than that. Weird.
Don't understand why some games lock the hardest difficulty until you've beaten it once. If I want to start on the highest difficulty right away why shouldn't I?
Honestly, if it weren't for X-Men Legends 1 & 2, THIS would've been the best X-Men game: A game that pulls no punches in capturing and embodying the characters and world featured. A game with visceral, gratifying combat with enemies who are perfectly varied. A game with epic boss fights reminiscent of what you'd see in one of the X-Men comics and films. A game that has celebrity voice acting that doesn't suck. It's a perfect package. It's ironic how one of the best X-games is attached to the utter worst X-film. I'm serious, after finally watching it for the first time, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is one of my least favourite films of all time, but the game is utterly timeless. (In fact, despite the plot still not being good, the changes in the game courtesy of adapting an older script for the film actually make it more bearable.)
@@JohnCalum The same people behind the X-Men Legends duology also did this game. Haven't played the Legends series either, but this game (which I played in a repackage of the PC version because abandonware) honestly makes me want to play those other games.
This game deserves a remaster
Would be cool to see one
It’s getting one have you not seen the insomniac games trailer for a new wolverine game
@@LachieFoster that's it's own game tho it's not this one
@@LachieFostera remaster does not mean make a whole new game.
@@aswadahmed8764 I know I’m saying what’s the point in making a remaster if a new game is coming out

Hugeee Praise from Mr. Rob

Another W video bro! Killing it!
Thanks man! 🙏🏻
There's a cheat code video in case you have a tantrum trying to complete the game on hard difficulty.
I beat it on hard though?
@JohnCalum
Well, you could've used the Infinite health and rage input cheat.
@@Spidey-eq1eh Well I didn't need too. And I didn't have a "tantrum" 👍
@@JohnCalum
Or early access to the Classic Wolverine costume?
Woulda been cool if Activision got the rights back and remastered X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Deadpool in time for the release of the new movie.
Agreed would have been nicer on the wallet too

Loved this game on PS3. Wish I hadn't traded it away; the prices today are insane.
They have skyrocketed, holding onto every PS3 game just incase
