Glad they solved the seat post slipping issue. We got our hands on these during the pandemic and I kid you not, the amount of seat posts slipping were like Canyon Aeroad level high 😂 it was up there with Factor Ostro and Seka Exceed RDC. All God Tiers of seat post slipping
I got my A9x last year after taking a shot in the dark on the even cheaper strattos model. Loved both! Haven’t had to use the extra seat clamp no slip issues here but I think it did come with paste back then
Pretty amazing price when considering Di2 Dura Ace (12spd) comes in at about 3k on its own. (I paid about that for my frame!) The frame holds up and it seems they got the BB trued enough for you to pull out some serious power wins so I'm a little jealous!
Almost bummed seeing this come out. Back in January, I bought a TCR, but I was very very close to picking up one of these. Only reason I didn’t is because the lbs hadn’t seen the brand before, and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t the first one coming into the shop

Hello EJ, did you end up also changing the seat clamp when you upgraded your saddle? If so, what type of seat clamp did you end up switching to? Thanks,
EJ, you, Tylers (plural), team POA, Jordan, etc etc should team up to race the 5-day stage race - “indieVelo Grand Tour” They are looking for some sponsors too, maybe you could make something happen for you and your sponsors?!
@@rocstar76 it's funny to me because I got the idea from some of the pros who run the custom plate holders that clamp around the seat post. Just lower that to the top tube and you got a clamp that works. Turns out theyre already doing it.
I guess for free its nice. If I'm going to own one bike I would rather it be a bike from my own country supporting my own country. But that's just me. I'm a nationalist ✊😐 you will all follow in my footsteps just like You all did with modern cycling training. As I am the inventor of it.
There's this one guy that has been doing structured training using intervals for close to 30 years in cycling . That would make that person the first . You know who that is?

bought the A8X because of you and absolutely loved it. Same feedback on the wheelset, I changed them for my other Hunt Wheels
Saw you racing it in Newport News. Dope bike.
Thanks for your advice on sizing and few videos back. Just picked up the A8X!

It’s a sick ride! Feel free to message me if you have any further questions about the bike!

They send one out with the bikes now 👍

What power meter are you running?
whats the tyre clearance ?
the paint job is just 🤌🏼🔥
I love it!
so it has an integrated seat post wedge clamp and collar clamp on top?
Yes. Collar is optional but I'm using it on mine now after the occasional slipping and now it's bullet proof

Nice bike! But I think it should come with 105...
How heavy should a racing wheelset be at max?
Depends on the race profile. But sub 1500g is ideal
I noticed the frame says XL. How tall are you and do you think you picked the right frame size? Thanks!
He is as tall as he is! Like 5'4"
@@HarryTzianakisTheGodOfSpeedWhat 🤣. EJ isn't 5' 4"
@@_Tp___ lmfaooo00 the bike it's an extra large in the small size. 😂🤣😆🤌

Any one know the frame weight?
"really really" count: 5
😂😂😂
No shipping to Puerto Rico, welp that sucks
Price is now $600 higher.
That's heavy for a barely aero bike with dura ace.
A few mods and mine in a M weighs 7.35kg with pedals, cages and mount
@@rocstar76what mods certainly?

At that price, it is a STEAL
At first sight, yes, but if you have to buy upgrades, then it's not a steal.
