Is this helpful for c-ptsd as it is for standard ptsd?

Yes! It's helpful to work with a therapist familiar with treating c-ptsd to make sure they provide a safe environment so I wouldn't work with just anyone who says they do EMDR but very helpful for c-ptsd.
