Same experience with bdo. Had to call multiple times for the reversal request pero kebs lang they gave me the option na if you use bdo pay (which is parang scan qr code lang when paying for your purchases) tapos waived na yung annual fee ❤️

Ano ba usual na conditions ni BDO to have the MF waived? I have 2 cards sa kanila, Shopmore MC at JCB Lucky Cat and anniversary month ko ngayong November. Si Shopmore mas madalas ko gamitin over JCB kasi meron naman akong RCBC JCB. Planning to have the Lucky Cat cut na since parang useless sya for me.

Hi Kanna! I always pay in advance naman before the due date. If you pay before statement generation, pwede naman, but make sure lang kasi some banks will charge multiple payments (nasa fine print yun, parang max of 2 payment per SOA/cutoff lang dapat) So safe talaga if nag generate na ng soa then you pay. :) But if you pay before SOA generation its ok naman no fee yan.

When i tried requesting for me AF to be waived this year, i was able to talk to a csr pero sinabihan lang ako na they will send me an email kung ano resulta ng request. Eventually, my request was denied. So i tried to request via website, denied din. So sad...

Hi, magask lang sana ako ng question. Last wednesday I call the CS of my BDO CC and ask them for the reversal of my annual fee. They gave me different options but I ask them if they could simply reverse it w/o complying on the options given by them. So the CS said that we could request if I am qualified for the reversal of my AF and he said that I will receive a confirmation with 7 days. But until this day I didn't receive any. Should I assume that I am denied of my request? Should I call again and comply choose to one of the options given or should I wait for the confirmation? Thanks in advance.

When i tried requesting for me AF to be waived this year, i was able to talk to a csr pero sinabihan lang ako na they will send me an email kung ano resulta ng request. Eventually, my request was denied. So i tried to request via website, denied din. So sad...

Mas gusto ko pa yung idedeny ako on set sa call para mag try ako ask 3x kasi I've heard na if uulit ulitin mo ask during the call kahit isang call lang, ibibigay na nila yan. Or worst, para masabihan ko na icacancel ko nalang. Unfortunately, i ended up paying the AF anyway. Will try it next year. Kukulitin ko nalang in a nice way at sabihing on set nalang ako sabihan sa hatol.haha

Hi Jax! Need help haha It's my third year with my Citi credit card and I haven't paid any annual fee too. Actually, just now, I called them para ipa-waived but they told me na if I pay just this year, it will be waived forever. I'm asking any acknowledgment from them na it will be indeed waived forever once I paid like an email or SMS but the only thing I got from them was reference number. Do you think it's legit? Hi, magask lang sana ako ng question.
Last wednesday I call the CS of my BDO CC and ask them for the reversal of my annual fee. They gave me different options but I ask them if they could simply reverse it w/o complying on the options given by them. So the CS said that we could request if I am qualified for the reversal of my AF and he said that I will receive a confirmation with 7 days.
But until this day I didn't receive any.
Should I assume that I am denied of my request? Should I call again and comply choose to one of the options given or should I wait for the confirmation?
