Today IS such a great day and this was SUCH a great episode!
Really appreciate the way you guys moved through Krys’s story while seamlessly hitting so many bases - losing oneself to addiction, coming into awareness of it, looking at the root of it, making a decision to change for a better life, finding self love, what that can look like while also realizing that sometimes you need to go deeper - all while sprinkling in so many thought provoking nuggets. Like when Krys said for her, alcohol was never the problem, alcohol was the solution - or when Tori mentioned Gabor highlighting the idea of instead of asking why the addiction, why the pain - choooo, both of those hit hard. Just great work all around 10/10, would def watch again 🤩
