Shalom Daniel! If you asked me why I love Hebrew language, I would say I don't know why but my strong beautiful feeling to the Hebrew has to do with spirituality. As for your Hebrew teaching is remarkable and much interesting and your long lessons with photos are well explained by your excellent effort!
Thank you, Daniel. Your lessons are simple, you explain the words clearly and to the point, the best series on UA-cam for absolute beginners. Lesson one complete, I hope to complete the entire series soon.
Daniel Ganor do u private give courses or can u recommend a school where I can go in Israel. I am from Istanbul I want to come again to israel for the language course as I am in love with hebrew
Shalom Daniel! thank you and congratulations, nice videos and materials. starting the journey in hebrew from you =) learning from Rio de Janeiro, been to Israel for what came to be the most incredible place I have ever been on earth \o/ and an avid follower of the jewish culture. Hope to be writing you soon in hebrew 🙂 all the best,
I can see that in some ways Hebrew is similar to Russian. In Russian we also say "how (do they) call you?", we also don't need "be" in present tense and this "le ha" is like instrumental case, I guess, in Russian. And "naeem meod" is like in Russian we also say "very pleasant". not like in English)
Shalom again Daniel going through all your lessons again . I've been so long lrarning and not really progressing its like guitar player intermediate block lol congentating sentences is my block .and I know I don't listen enough .im amazed of people who do English so well. Your awesome brother and I hope to see some new videos bevachsaw👍
Shalom, I'm Timothy. We talked via the App, HelloTalk. Just wanted you to know that I subscribed and am thus far enjoying the channel. My biggest thing with all of this is I need to find a good way of memorizing what is in these videos. Perhaps you can quiz me over the app? Just an idea.
At 1:08 you say na-im is “נעים” And I was wondering what “ע” was there for? Couldn’t it just be written as “נים” and get the same sounding word? I looked through the alphabet and couldn’t even find that letter... what letter is it? I did your entire Hebrew 6-lesson alphabet course and learned so much, thank you!! Hopefully this makes sense and you could clarify it for me! :)
Shalom Daniel! Daniel Hebrew teaching, Hebrew language, its beautiful writings and prononciation are an amazing and a happy world! Your excellent efforts, with beautiful smile, for helping non-speaking hebrew people for FREE courses are much appreciated! Besides, Your excellent effort for that purpose has to do with humanity, so you are a good teacher and a good person!
Hello Daniel, I am glad to find your videos. I am doing the duo lingo hebrew and some memrise as well. I have a question: is kore the same verb for call (Korim li Toufic / they call me Toufic) as it is for read (ani kore seder / I read a book)?
Thank you for a great lesson Daniel. I’m just beginning to learn the language. What I’m not understanding is the א (Aleph). It’s pronounced several different ways making it a bit confusing. 🤷🏻♂️
Shalom! Thank you for your videos. I have a couple of questions, please (open to answers from anyone who knows!). On the worksheets there are quotation marks in the names of the letters, such as עי״ן - what do these mean? The answer to that may give me a clue to the answer for my second question - How would you write the name Jane in Hebrew? My best guess is גְין - how is that. One more - my name is Dominic - would that be דומיויכּ or דומאינאיכּ or something else? Thanks.
Daniel. Thank you for this website. I am from Indonesia. I am interested to learn Hebrew Language. I am going to study at Ben-Gurion University. I am required to learn Hebrew during my study.
Daniel, thank you for another great lesson. Please how do I write my first name in Hebrew? MARCELO, should it be MEM + REISH+ SAMECH+ALEF WITH THE E NIKOD + LAMED + VAV WITH O NIKOD? For a beginner it is very hard to tell when you need to use the Alef or a hey or the Vav letter with the proper nikod or even the letter Ayin, please help.
I saw other teacher's videos also. It seems the sequence of alphabets differ from u. For example the third letter u teach is mem, others teach gimel as the third. Pl clarify
Thank you soo much ! I love your videos ! I am trying to learn Hebrew and you are the best teacher I have seen on UA-cam! I also like the fact that you are a native from Israel! Do you have an Instagram account?
There are slower versions than this. If this is too fast, Torah Town has a slower version. Don't worry that it looks like it's for children, I'm in my 50s and learned from it ua-cam.com/video/UiCzoTs1AdE/v-deo.html
Is it a problem for you Daniel I am Muslim from algeria and I wanna learn hebrew.....because in my country it is prohibited 🚫 to learn hebrew but in reality Islam has never prohibited to learn languages???????? And Allah or elohim in coran our God's book said : O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).
Daniel, you are the best online Hebrew teacher. :)

Hello, Korim you say is plural form of a verb kore. so, do verbs in hebrew have infinitiv and then conjugation as in european languages or no?
Yes, the infinitive is a different form. Likro in this case. To read.
