    Im on month 8 of long covid .
    So I've been meditating now for about 5 months. But more recently been using it properly after hearing about brain training. Anyway I've never once cried while meditating but when you started talking about giving thanks to the body I just started crying and couldn't stop. . Guessing that's a really helpful important release of emotions? Unexpected

      Yes……❤❤❤❤it is a tricky thing to give thanks to the body when it feels like it’s letting us down or separate from us - but actually the body is us - your body is you - and it’s trying really hard to sort the mess out. Harder than we will ever know. So taking a moment to appreciate this can be really powerful - and an opportunity to come ‘home’ to ourselves. Xxx
