Wow. I had the short privilege of working with Tina when I contracted at Microsoft and witnessed what she experienced. Even tried to bring my knowledge and experience to bear with naturopathy and alternative treatment to help restore her to her family and job. Ultimately she returned for a brief while trying to ramp up but succumbed to Long COVID. It was a huge loss to the team, but my heart and prayers were always that the Lord would help her find her way to recovery. And here she is!! Gina, dear girl, this is fantastic news. God bless you and yours, always.

What Gina did was Nerual retraining. She re taught her brain to think like a healthy person again. She had got all her symptoms checked out and knew that there was only one thing left to do, get her brain on side too. The brain is in charge of the immune system and it’s responses in the body. So she began to influence her own symptoms by not focussing on them too much and focussing deeply on the things that made her feel good. Tricky at first but it soon becomes easier and easier.
