The song had a different name in Japanese, just like moonlight concert is called moonlit concert in Japan, and i think the name is just because the uploader is a Japanese person who mixed up the position of the name, because some language actually has position for words that is opposite to English
The ending of the game combined with the music was just heart wrenching to sit through. Really shows how much passion the creators put into TLPATBP.
