How does one go about learning how and when to use it though? How do you know what words and spaces are appropriate to put space/inflection/etc in?
My biggest tip is to find people(an example) whose voices you enjoy listening to. Then study their speech and see what you like about how they speak
I think this is the problem I have understanding scam callers. Foreign bored speakers just stringing words together.
