Signature at remote locations has higher prices...All prices will go up 10-20% once Dwarka expressway is opened most probably on 16th Feb. Even in New gurgaon nothing will come less than 10k/Sq ft. Even affordable ready to move in at good locations at 70 lakhs Even without car parking....
