When is the construction update of December going to be released?
Any update on when BBA will be provided for units purchased via Investors Clinic and when will construction get completed for them?
Even Investors clinic is not replying. But it seems it will come no sooner than 2025

Whats the update on M Block A 441 which I booked through investors clinic. I don't find mention of the same in any video. What's the timeline for completion of frozen units like the one I have? And pl don't reply we have noted your concern because nobody from M3M has actually contacted ever

I've also booked a unit in A block on Jan 2022 with an initial payment of 5 Lacs, since then there is no communication or update about the project or the demand for next payment. Reached multiple times to different people, also visited the Gurgaon office but hear the same answer every time that Govt approval is pending. Have received multiple calls regarding booking in other M3M projects, but nobody has called to give any update about Solitude. Even visited the site once to check the progress but the guards don't let any visitors in, even if you are the owner. Its really frustrating as there is absolutely zero communication from M3M in past 2 years.

We had booked our unit in November 2021, we tried reaching to people (like Mr. Sudeep Bhatt) at M3M, all are passing the ball in each others court but no one and till date no confirmation or no reverts on our written rrquests have been tendered. Unit allocated to us was A7/4, 1543 sq.ft. Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour from international developer like M3M.
